About this apartment rental

2 room apartment, 40 M2. Comfortable rental for 2 people. Second floor of a residence with elevator. Very bright and quiet. Guardian in the building. Numbered parking in the basement (secure garage entrance).
Ideally located 5 minutes walk from the historic city center (local producers market, weekly flea market) and close to all shops and supermarkets. Bus station 5 minutes, particularly convenient for going to Nice and the airport.
Description apartment:
Completely renovated in 2013. Marble floor. Individual electric heating.
Entrance with large closet and sliding mirror doors.
American kitchen with bar. New elements and furniture: large fridge-freezer, electric extractor, ceramic hob, multifunction oven / microwave, washing machine. Crockery and cookware complete with all the essential equipment.
Household appliances: hairdryer, iron and ironing board ...
Wi-fi on request
Living room: large low buffet, Provencal style table, chairs and armchair, TNT flat screen TV, sofa.

Very good stay in this pleasant apartment. Very well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Location is just a few steps to the grocery store and cafes, yet ideal for those coming by car with included underground parking. Kind reception from the host and good communication from start to finish. To recommend.

The large studio is clean, meticulously maintained with all the amenities you need (but no AC). Comes with a parking garage which is really a plus in this old town. Quite place. The host makes himself available, even late in the evening, this make the check-in process easy.

Had a wonderful holiday here the apartment is very clean and everything is supplied, I would especially recommend the bed, it was so comfortable. Great kitchen small but has everything you need and more.our hosts were very helpful, thank you for the excellent toiletries beer and all the extras, hope to return again. Gordon & Phyllis.

Schon der erste Eindruck war bestens! Die Vermieter empfingen uns persönlich und sehr freundlich. Sie erklärten uns die Wohnung, gaben uns Tipps und zeigten uns die unmittelbare Umgebung. Sogar eine "Erstausstattung" an Speis und Trank wurde gestellt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom historischen Stadtkern entfernt. Von hier aus ließen sich zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence erkunden.

Vence est une petite ville agréable L’accueil des époux Souty est très chaleureux. Le bien mis à notre disposition est d’une propreté exemplaire et son contenu permet de passer un bon séjour avec les mêmes commodités qu’à la maison, de plus sa situation géographique plein centre ville proche de tous les commerces et de tous les moyens de transports permet d’oublier la voiture dans le garage mis à notre disposition. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour et y retournerons avec plaisir

Das Appartement ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Gute Aufteilung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man selbst für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Super sauber. Gute Lage in Vence, zentral und ruhig. Die Vermieter sind absolut zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sie haben uns einen tollen Empfang bereitet.

Vi havde 14 dejlige dage i Vence. Lejligheden lå roligt, men samtidig meget centralt og var fuldt moderniseret og smagfuldt indrettet - der manglede intet. Og med sikret garage i ejendommen. Værten og dennes hustru var utroligt imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Meget fin service ved ankomsten med indhold i køleskab, indtil man selv skulle købe ind. Fine indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. God plads til to personer og dejlig stor balkon med markise. Kun 2-300 meter til centrum. Mange muligheder for køre- og vandreture. 20 minutter i bil fra lufthavnen. Kort sagt en fin lejlighed, der er et perfekt udgangspunkt for oplevelser. Når så vejret i begyndelsen af oktober er fint med sol og ingen regn og blæst, kan man ikke ønske meget mere.

Unser (2 Erwachsene Personen) Aufenthalt in dem Appartement in Vence war Ende Juni/ Anfang Juli 2017 und dauerte 14 Tage. Das 1 Zimmer Appartement ist provencalisch eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Schlafnische und Einbauküche. Das Appartement ist mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet. M. und Mme Souty haben an alles gedacht. Wir haben manchmal etwas selbst gekocht und nichts dabei vermisst. In der Schlafnische gibt es ein bequemes, französisches Bett und in dem Wohnbereich ein breites ausklappbares Sofa, das ebenfalls sehr bequem ist. Daran könnten z. B. zwei Kinder schlafen. Das Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Wohnung ist allgemein sehr sauber und hygienisch. Die netten, aufmerksamen Vermieter haben sogar am Tag unserer Ankunft an unser Abendessen gedacht und uns etwas zum Essen und trinken in den Kühlschrank gestellt, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Denn nach dem Flug aus Deutschland mit einem Zwischenstopp hätten wir keine Lust abends noch irgendwohin zu gehen. Das war ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Das Appartement eignet sich sehr gut für zwei Personen oder sogar für ein Ehepaar mit einem oder zwei kleineren Kindern. Falls wir nach Südfrankreich wieder fahren sollten, würden wir sehr gerne wieder bei M. et Mme Souty wohnen. Vence ist so unbeschreiblich schön.... Anna Kasperska mit einer Freundin

Deuxième séjour dans l'appartement de nos hôtes si sympathiques Monsieur et Madame SOUTY dont l'acceuil est très amical. Appartement très propre, fonctionnel correspondant totalement aux photos de l'annonce. Tout y est prévu pour cuisiner et passer un agréable séjour. Situé dans Vence l'appartement est à deux pas de la cité historique et donne sur deux places principales de la ville, tout près des commerces et restaurants , du marché journalier des producteurs Vençois et du cinéma. Idéal pour ne pas utiliser la voiture et marcher dans Vence et ses alentours. A cet effet une documentation complète est à disposition pour visiter ce bel arrière pays Vençois avec les différentes manifestations culturelles ou folkloriques à disposition et à venir. Nous avons assisté au Corso Fleuri haut en couleur et à la fin duquel les fleurs constituant le cortège et les chars sont distribuées au spectateur sur la place du Grand Jardin. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation avec sa terrasse et sa situation dans la belle ville de Vence.

Nous venons de passer 15 jours, les propriétaires sont très accueillant. A notre arrivée ils nous avait mis dans le frigo des petits cadeaux de bien venu, nous les remercions encore, l'appartement été très propre . Ainsi que l'accueil du gardien qui nous a indiqué beaucoup de coin à visiter. La région est très belle l'arrière pays niçois avec ses montagnes a voir absolument. Un petit conseil qui n'a rien à voir avec les propriétaires. Si vous avez un véhicule neuve ou en très bonne état prendre le car qui est sur la place pour descendre sur la cote sinon votre véhicule sera rayé. Ce qui nous est arrivé.
