About this house rental

In the heart of the old village of Peynier, T2 - 36 m² with 15 m² private terrace, very well exposed, very quiet. Completely refurbished. Very charming.
Ideally placed to shine in the Provence of Paul Cezanne and to do tourism from the Alpilles to the seaside beaches.
The rental also allows you to take advantage of the many summer festivals while being quiet in a village.
Peynier being a village, it is possible to do your shopping on foot from the cottage. (butcher, vegetables, bakery). In addition, numerous possibilities of excursions on foot are possible as of the exit of the house.

The warm welcome and assistance from Mylene were invaluable. The unit was beautifully appointed, private, secure and cozy. The location in the heart of this quiet, historic village was perfect to experience the unique architecture and lifestyle of old Provence, yet the amenities were totally up to date. We could not have chosen a better rental to enjoy our first visit to the region.

The flat is an own building on the property of the hosts with an own patio surrounded by lots of greenery. It is accessible via an own gate and is, although on the same property, very secluded with lots of privacy. The flat is very well furnished, maintained and very clean. The hosts are a very lovely and caring couple. They gave us a lot if helpful tips for trips and were available for questions anytime. Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable :).

It was a pleasure staying with Mylene in the independent / self-catering cottage in Peynier. Mylene was super helpful in everything and the cottage had everything you could want in a "home away from home." We cooked almost every night with products from a local provencal farm and surrounding stores in Peynier. The small village is accessible to both the beaches and the luberon mountains as well has tennis courts and nice forest areas to go for a local trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our holidays!

The cottage was charming, well stocked and very clean in a quiet, peaceful village. Mylene was an excellent host. She anticipated our every need, providing maps, city guides and umbrellas for our rainy day. She gifted us with welcome treats—traditional cookies, homemade jams and drinks. I want to keep this place as my secret, it was so enjoyable and relaxing stay—we felt at home.

The little garden house is modern and well-equipped, with a very good and new kitchen. It's a peaceful spot built at the back of a garden, but accessed via a cul-de-sac, in a pretty and quiet village. The location is great for exploring 'both sides' of Provence (seaside and Riviera, as well as less touristy parts further inland), with various motorways relatively close at hand. Mylène was very easy to communicate with throughout, and provided a nice welcome present of Navettes d'Anis which we enjoyed. Good value for money for what it offers, the terrace would be lovely in summer no doubt

Great Host

Great Host

We stayed for a week and very much enjoyed ourselves. We cooked in evenings at least half the time. Near by (not in the village) was a really great fruit and vegetable market, amazing assortment including cheeses and even chanterelles! but the veg selection was amazing for a small town. Mylene was a terrific host, she gave us many suggestions where to go and what to see in the area. Some of which we would have otherwise missed. Thank you!

Great place! It's a big fully furnished studio with a new and modern decoration and a peacefull terrace. It was perfect for our sunny breakfasts and to enjoy barbecue. Mylène and her husband were very welcoming. They gave us good advices on what to do/see/eat around. It was a very pleasant stay. We really felt like at home. Thank you for your lovely home made jam and the figs. I strongly recommend this place to visit Aix en Provence and the countryside.

Je viens de passer deux semaines délicieuses dans cette petite maison et c'est vraiment à regret que je l'ai quittée tant on s'y sent bien. Confortable, bien équipée, située dans une petite impasse, entourée de vieilles pierres et de végétation, elle offre un cadre idéal pour se reposer de l'agitation du monde. Une jolie terrasse bien exposée invite à la détente. Quel plaisir d'y boire son café du matin au son apaisant du glouglou de la fontaine ! Mylène et son mari, propriétaires des lieux, nous accueillent avec chaleur et gentillesse et ont un réel souci du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Merci à Mylène pour ses belles suggestions de sorties et de découvertes ! La région est magnifique et le village de Peynier, vivant et authentique, est particulièrement bien situé pour des escapades à pied, en voiture ou même en bus (un bon plan à la fois pratique et économique pour rejoindre Aix-en-Provence ou Marseille). En conclusion : une excellente adresse, un endroit attachant et un vrai coup de coeur pour moi !

Wir wurden sehr charmant von Myléne und ihrem Mann empfangen. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an wohl. Das liegt natürlich auch an der geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichteten Wohnung und der wirklich wunderschönen Terrasse mit Brunnen und vielen Blumen. Man kehrt gerne von den Ausflügen in die Umgebung zurück und lässt den Tag in den gemütlichen Terrassenmöbeln ausklingen. Wunderbar!

Wij hebben het huisje twee weken gehuurd en een heerlijke tijd gehad. Mooi, nieuw huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig zoals beschreven. Erg vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Provence. Het huisje staat in een rustig, echt Frans dorpje. Bakker, kruidenier en slager zitten in het dorp. Voor meer boodschappen zijn wij naar Trets gereden, een dorp verderop. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Nogmaals dank voor Mylene en haar man.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unser Lieblingsplatz war die Terrasse mit dem plätschernden Brunnen. Eine richtige Oase, um sich auszuruhen und aufzutanken. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!!!

Après un très bon accueil des propriétaires, le gîte est calme et bien situé pour visiter et randonner autour de la Sainte Victoire et Aix en Provence. La mer est à 30 minutes du gîte ( Cassis,La Ciotat, Marseille).

Tout est conforme à l'annonce internet. Nous étions chez nous aussitôt. Rien ne manque. Tout a été pensé rigoureusement pour rendre le séjour agréable. Tout est listé dans des classeurs, que ce soit pour les visites incontournables que pour les modes de fonctionnement des appareils utilisés dans la location. Mais Mylène reste disponible pour toute question, Elle est discrète et souriante et si le hasard nous fait croiser son regard, son sourire du matin nous annonce une journée ensoleillée. Coup de coeur pour ce studio, sa terrasse et sa fontaine et mention spéciale pour Mylène et Alain. A réserver sans hésitation!!!!

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont fourni tous les détails concernant la location. Bon équipement dans la maison. Un point intéressant : la petite terrasse et sa fraicheur le soir. La location est très confortable mais il faudrait peut-être signaler qu'elle n'est pas facilement accessible à des personnes âgées ayant en plus des difficultés à se déplacer. A recommander pour des personnes qui souhaitent passer un séjour reposant et avec le soleil en prime.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wie wurden von Mylene und ihrem Mann sehr herzlich empfangen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer abgeschlossenen Garage unterstellen. Mylene hat sich viel Zeit genommen, uns alles zu erklären und viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Es war eine perfekte Woche. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We hebben een paar heel mooie weken doorgebracht in de Provence. Het appartement van Mylene en haar man was uitermate geschikt voor twee personen. Peynier ie een zeer rustig dorp waar niet veel te beleven is maar het appartement is een ideaal uitgangspunt voor de vele uitstapjes die je kunt maken in de Provence. . In de avonduren is het dan lekker genieten op het mooie terras bij het appartement. Al met al is de cottage van Mylene en haar man een aanrader bij een bezoek aan de Provence

l'accueil des propriétaires est charmant et très attentionné. la maison est calme, bien aménagée et confortable. la petite terrasse ,avec sa fontaine , permet de bénéficier du soleil dans la tranquillité. l'endroit se prête bien à des excursions dans la journée vers Aix, MArseille, les Alpilles et autres . bref une bonne adresse
