The enclosed garden was ideal for our dogs which was one of the primary criteria for selecting a property. For us as a couple there was obviously plenty of room and we didn't use two of the bedrooms at all. Although the property is on the main route into the village it was generally nice and quiet. The beach and coastal path are within easy walking distance and there are lots of other beaches within easy driving distance if you want to be a little more remote. There are a couple of minor things to be updated (such as the handle the gate which fell off) but nothing that distracted from our enjoyment.

Wir waren hellauf begeistert. Unser Hund hat insbesondere den abgeschlossenen, großen Garten genossen.Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, super ausgestattet (es war alles da, was man brauchte) und die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Stand ist 200m entfernt. Entlang des Küste gibt es neben schönen Buchten und Stränden einer kilometerlangen Fußweg, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben, u.a. um den Traumstrand von Guidel zu erreichen. Vollkommen gelungener Urlaub. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall noch einmal wiederkommen.

Accueil super agréable à notre arrivé. Très belle maison avec beaucoup de luminosité, bien aménager, tout y était et très propre. Grand jardin clos idéale pour notre petit chien. Une maison superbe pour passer de très bonnes vacances, tout proche d'une superbe grande plage de sable fin. Parcours de randonnée à proximité. Je recommande vivement cette location de vacances. Le moins: Le matelas de la chambre principale est HS. Aie!!! aux courbatures tous les matins, il est temps de le remplacer. Pour les deux autres chambres ce serait sympas de mettre des oreillers en état. C'est les deux seul reproches que je donne à cette location. En tout cas nous reviendrons dans votre propriété.

Das Haus ist 200m vom Meer entfernt und liegt an der Hauptstrasse nach Pleumeur. Trotzdem war der Strassenlärm nie störend (Juli). Der Garten ist ruhig, vollständig umzäunt und kann nicht eingesehen werden. Unser Hund hat den Garten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet und leicht zu pflegen. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Der Empfang von Monsieur Gordon auf schweizerdeutsch! war sehr nett und ganz unproblematisch. Das Bett gehört zu dem Besten, das wir in Frankreich angetroffen haben. Wir kommen gerne zurück - wir haben es geliebt! Danke!

La maison en elle meme est tres bien. Jardin clos pratique pour nos 2 chiens Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de commerce de proximité genre petite superette au fort bloqué car il faut prendre la voiture et aller a Ploemeur Niveau equipement: rien a dire si ce n’est l’absence du seche cheveux et peut etre prévoir aussi un sechoir interieur en cas de pluie pour le linge ne pouvant pas aller au seche linge Le gros bemol est côté propreté car nous avons passé plus de 3h à tout re nettoyer (sanitaires,cuisine, ustensiles). Nous doutons que le menage ait été fait avant notre arrivée d’autant que celui ci est compris dans la prestation Mis a part ce point le sejour s’est tres bien passé

Die Vorteile aus unserer Sicht: Das Haus liegt zentral an der Straße nach Ploemeur, die während unserem Aufenthalt nicht stark befahren wurde. Kein Nachbar zur linken. Genügend Platz für 2-3 Autos (davon 1x in der Garage). ca. 200m ans Meer bzw. zum nächsten Strand. Funktional, pflegeleicht und für unsere Ansprüche ausreichend möbliert/ausgestattet. Im EG große Dusche mit super Duschsäule (bester Wasserdruck bisher in Frankreich) und zwei Waschbecken, separate Toilette. Größtes Bett im OG - war bisher ebenfalls das beste was wir in Frankreich bisher hatten. Küche mit guten Geräten und großem Kühl- und Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Abgeschlossener Garten toll - unser Hund hat ihn geliebt. Am Ende befindet sich ein "Gebäude" mit überdachter "Terrasse" und einem Raum, in dem sich der Grill befindet. Wäschespinne und Klammern vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Garage. Gegenüber dem Haus (andere Straßenseite) Grünfläche "Petit Jardin" - bestens für unseren Hund für eine kleine Gassirunde. Buchung/Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und entgegenkommend. Übergabe/Rückgabe und Vor-Ort-Betreuung durch Ian Gordon ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert, immer bemüht und sehr freundlich. Unsere Verbesserungsvorschläge: elektrische Markise reparieren, konnte nicht ausgefahren werden (auch nicht manuell). AnsprechpartnerIn waren sehr bemüht und hätten auch einen "Techniker" bestellt. Wasserspülung der Toilette im OG läuft sehr lange nach dem Spülen nach. (Glas)Teller fanden wir etwas unpraktisch - wir hätten Porzellan vorgezogen. Anmerkung: Flugverkehr (wenig vom nahegelegenen Zivilflughafen Lórient) - ab Anfang September flog das französische Militär einige Erkundung- und Aufklärungsflüge (uns hat das nicht sonderlich gestört). Unser Fazit: Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

maison conforme aux photos et propre. situation de la maison a 3 mn de la plage de fort bloqué qui se trouve en situation centrale pour la bretagne. le terrasse a l arriere de la maison permet la sieste tranquille. adresse a conserver et a recommander chaudement.

Deux semaines passées dans une superbe maison très bien équipée, spacieuse et surtout proche de la plage. Nos meilleures vacances en Bretagne !! Merci ! Un grand merci également à Mr Gordon pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité !! Nous reviendrons, c’est sûr !

Tolles Haus, viele Annehmlichkeiten z.B. elektrische Rollläden und elektrisch ausfahrbare Markise, leicht zu pflegen durch Fliesen, Strand gegenüber dem Campingplatz ist zwar etwas weiter, dafür mit Kieselsteinen sehr angenehm, man befindet sich fernab vom Touristenrummel, mitten zwischen Einheimischen, zum Einkaufen muss man allerdings einige Kilometer fahren, auch der Bäcker vor Ort ist nicht der Beste, Ansprechpartner vor Ort Ian Gordon ist ein sehr netter alter Mann, der Französisch, Englisch und Schweizer-Deutsch spricht, Mailkommunikation mit Vermieter Daniel Evano funktioniert einwandfrei.

Bonjour, Notre séjour c'est très bien passé, la localisation de la location était très bien , la location par elle même très bien à part l'escalier qui craque "énormément". Par contre le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer "c'est vraiment limite" pour le prix du forfait ménage qui est inclus dans la location c'est honteux cordialement Une réponse serait souhaitée merci par avance Mr Galli

très belle maison avec une équipement riche. pour nous, les lits et matelas dans les maisons françaises sont toujours des surprises – ici, les lits sont très bien. la cuisine est parfaite ainsi que le salon. tout est en bon état. le lieu est bien, le bruit de la route ne s'entend pas trop dans les chambres à coucher. le seul souci se trouve dans les avions de l'aeroport tout près, qui volent dés fois jusqu'à tard la soirée. sehr schönes und reich ausgestattetes haus. für uns sind die französischen betten und matratzen immer wieder eine überraschung – hier allerdings sind sie einwandfrei. die küche ist perfekt ausgestattet – wie auch wohn- und esszimmer. die lage ist gut, die strassengeräusche hört man im schlafzimmer so gut wie gar nicht. der einzige störfaktor ist der nahegelegene flughafen – die flugzeuge dort fliegen teilweise bis spät in den abend hinein.
