З плюсів можу виділити виключно розташування. Практично через дорогу від опери.
Розташування не виправдовує вартість. Вона, обʼєктивно, завищена, враховуючи стан номера та його «зручності». Загалом питання навіть не у вартості, а в тому, що це не готель, а незручна нічліжка, яка не передбачає якісний відпочинок. Нюансів купа: незручне ліжко, глухе вікно (а це перший поверх!), тонкі двері в одному метрі від ресепшена, пошарпаний санвузол з купою плісняви, мініатюрність номера тощо.
