Excellent service from start to finish. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We’d happily book again.

- Location - The staff tried to be as nice and accommodating as possible after having understood that there was a mistaken information on Booking - Reception that is open late rather than a keybox.

- Although so many visitors said it was very clean, it was not exactly my experience. On the first glance yes, the surfaces and the bed were very clean. But the shower had lots of mold, that I would accept if it was not possible to remove, but I was able to scratch it off with my nail, so probably a special product and a brush would do the work. Moreover, when I unfolded my towel, it had a puff of hair in it. Again, I know it happens while washing, but it should be removed while folding. No one apologised in the morning when I flagged this unfortunate situation. The kettle was not clean either. - The personnel was treating me like a liar, when I said that Booking lists the room I chose as the one having a washing machine. They didn't know and were surprised themselves about this, so I understand the confusion, and grateful that they later helped me with the washing because that was basically the main thing I needed when I booked a room. Yet, I would have appreciated not having heard repeatedly that it was not the case and that I am demanding things, while this was in my booking confirmation, and I also said it on the phone before arriving, and there was no denial that this service was provided.
