Sea View Villa Cala Royal

The house, the pool and the terrace were very beautiful. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. We could find anything we needed. A supermarket and a few restaurants and bars were nearby. The host Isabella was amazing and she was available all the time. When we needed medical attention she immediatly booked us an appointment with a doctor. The house is perfect for a group of friends and also families.

Host Isabella and facilities manager Marian are simply great. Always available and helpful, very good at communication and always ready to create a solution. For example, we got a new coffee machine and constantly the caring question whether we are well. We got vegetables from his own garden and lots of tips from Isabella. She is an excellent host, not just a property manager.

We enjoyed a lot our stay! The villa is very comfortable and super clean, staff was very kind in assisting us in our stay and to organize the tour for the next days. We are a family (4 people) but you can stay also with more people: villa is big, very nice with an amazing private pool and an outdoor cooking zone where you can cook living an unbelievable feeling. Villa is in one of the most beautiful location in Istria with great sea view. From the villa you can go to the sea in only 5 minutes and in few minutes you can be in several amazing beaches: Rakalj for example is wonderful but also the little harbour in Krnica is nice even if they can improve some facilities. We will definitely come back again in the future. This place was amazing and above our expectations.

The grass was not full and green in all the garden: may be it was too young and it will grow in the coming weeks.
