About this house rental
rare house overlooking the lake. 120 m2 facing the lake. 5 minutes walk from the nautical base for launching boats, jet ski. 2 minutes from the supervised beach (opposite the garden). Addicted branches 5 minutes on foot. small food 3 minutes walk.
interior courtyard for 2 cars
4 bedrooms including a 160 cm bed and 2 140 cm beds, the 4th bedroom is more for children or teenagers because bunk beds. The house is ideal for 3 couples max and 2 children (or 2 couples 4 children) 1 baby bed available and a high chair.
fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer)
2 bathrooms (one shower, one shower bath)
2 wc
tv room
dining room table 8 people (transformable into 10)
WIFI-netflix
baby bed with real mattress and high chair possible on request.
terrace facing the lake with garden table, chairs and weber charcoal bbq
cleaning 80 euros (to be paid on arrival) this is for normal cleaning time, if the house is left in a really dirty condition which requires more time we will take back 60 euros from the deposit.
The price is 165 euros per night (divided by the number of people and given the quality of the service, do not hesitate !!!) 4 nights minimum.
for this price you have air conditioning in summer (for normal use, meter reading on arrival and departure) (we had visitors who left the windows open !!!)
possibility to rent bed linen + 2 towels per person (30 euros per room)
house deposit 1000 euros returned at the end of the rental if no damage.
possibility of ordering dishes (for table of 8) in the neighboring village at Arrigny and it's very good http: // www. to-small-bet. com

We have loved our week in the wonderful house at lac du der. The view was just spectacular even though the summer was more like autumn, the house makes up for the lack of sun and there is plenty of room to relax inside. There are plenty of fun things to do around the lake such as riding a 6 person bike, waterbiking and a boat trip. The house itself was a real home. It has everything you and your kids need. If I have to make a suggestion it would be to make sure the contactperson speaks at least some English. Although we do speak a tiny bit of French we were mostly misunderstood or plainly ignored in restaurants.
