About this apartment rental

Located next to Bellecôte slope, between The Barrière Les Neiges and The Melezin Hotels, this apartment of 61 m2 is part of a small co-ownership and has been fully renovated in December 2016.
An exceptional spot, ski-in, ski-out and only 3 minutes walking distance from the resort center.

The apartment has a master bedroom on the ground floor and and an internal stair gives access to a minus one space with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Although this area has nos external window, it provides a very cosy independence space well appreciated by guests.

This rental is charming. We stayed with our two children (7 & 10) who loved the bunkroom. The accommodation was very clean, the owner and manager were great with communication. The location is incredible, right in the heart of the Bellecote and 1850. The rental is right on the street (4 steps to take to get in) in its own standalone building that is a duplex. There was a Raclette Grill (of which we are HUGE Fans and own one ourselves) and we had a lovely dinner one night using the Grill. We stayed in the summer, came from California to watch the Tour de France and it couldn’t have been more perfect. In winter you can certainly ski in and ski out. Someday we will come back to ski. My only tiny thing to say about this rental is that it mentioned there was a dryer, and as an American I was psyched to do our family laundry using a dryer after being in europe for a month. To my disappointment there was no dryer only a washer. Regardless, this rental is fantastic and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Apt. Was a great location and comfortable. I don’t want to bash the place but no hot water and very dirty are my only complaints. We wanted to vacuum the living room but the vacuum needs to be replaced. Living area could definitely be bigger especially for a family. If it’s a couple that’s enough.

Just returned from a 10 days stay and we loved it. First impression: The apartment (which is on ground level) is facing the Bellecote Road and not the piste, actually have an amazing view of the mountains and the livelihood of the road which we kind of liked. If you want privacy the curtains do the job. The finesse of the tv-box only blocking the window when in use (otherwise stored automatically in a wooden box) is brilliant. The outside ski-storage location and 25 meters walk to the small staircase leading to the Bellecote piste is super easy - even with youngsters.The interior is very cozy and you can tell the owner Charlotte has put her heart into making it as homely as possible. 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom is in the basement with no windows which is normally a totally no-go from my side however Charlotte installed smoke detectors upon my suggestion making my night sleep sound and safe. Furthermore the rooms downstairs are very nicely decorated - did not feel like basement at all. Yes - we would love to come back to this place (and Charlotte if you consider selling or know of something similar please let me know :-))
