Bayview Villas has 3 floors or levels, each offering a separate self-contained apartment. Crew's Nest' is a beautifully appointed one bedroom apartment on bottom level with a pool side patio. Perfect for couples, honeymooners and solo travelers alike.
Bayview Villa is very private and beautifully landscaped. Its shared pool with private sun-terrace is set in a lush tropical garden. Offering panoramic sea views of Stone Haven Bay, the villa is only a short walk from Grafton Beach.
Traveling with a large group of family and friends? Rent all three (Captain’s Quarters, Mid Deck and Crew’s Nest ) Bayview accomodations at a special rate. It sleeps 14 persons comfortably and provides a way for the group to be together yet maintain some privacy.
Offering panoramic sea views of Stone Haven Bay, the villa is only a short walk from Grafton Beach and a 2 to 3 minute walk from the happening hamlet of Pleasant Prospect with its cash stop, a small but well-stocked mini-mart and all the self-catering amenities needed to create the holiday of your dreams.
Perched on a scenic ridge, not far from the greens of Pleasant Prospect, Bayview overlooks the blue Caribbean and affords guests the best view of Fort Bennett, an old Fort further up the coast, which holds the remains of the battery built by the British in 1778 to protect sugar-loading ships in the bay from the U.S. and other privateers.

It’s about my 4th time staying here, it’s exactly as it looks in the photos. If you’re looking for a peaceful serene experience this is the place to go - it’s safe and easy to get to shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at the crews nest. The apartment was decorated beautifully. We had everything we could need in the kitchen. The bathroom shower had beautiful tiles and the AC worked well. Gillian was very responsive to anything we needed in the on-site property manager was there to help us with anything as well. I highly recommend the crews nest.

Crew’s Nest is a lovely intimate place.
The apartment was neat, clean and well stocked with necessities. The patio and pool area are cleaned every second day, and they offered to clean the apartment as well. The photos are accurate! It is high up on the hill overlooking Grafton Beach, close to the coffee shop, convenience store, bar and several restaurants.
It is not for anyone with mobility issues, since you need to climb up and down hills and stairs to access it.

We just returned from vacationing with friends @23Exuma. We totally agree with the previous reviews. Yvonne is a wonderful host. She quickly responded to our questions about this property prior to booking, and forwarded all necessary information before our arrival. We had no issues during our stay. It’s obvious that Yvonne and Dave put a lot of time and thought into creating a dream destination for others. We have rebooked this property for a family vacation in 2024. Thank you, it is wonderful!
