Place had everything we needed after a hot day on the water. AC was amazing. Fun patio with view of the fireworks and the party. Youngest son refused to sleep in the bed because of stains on the side of the mattress. He was 100% convinced it was blood splatter or from bed bugs. No indication of bed bugs found.

The place was very updated and clean. The views were spectacular and the location you can’t beat. Local restaurants and amenities are within walking distance

Kip, (the owner) was really helpful during the Pandemic.Looking forward to booking this condo again.Really enjoyed the convenience of the 3rd floor.
