About this apartment rental
Very nice apartment of 36m ², 2 rooms, for 4 people, on the 1st floor with south-west facing balcony, located in the heart of the village of Clusaz in a building of 7 apartments.
Local ski and mountain bike on the ground floor.
For the parking you have a covered and closed parking, next to the housing. (vehicle not more than 4m30 long)
Otherwise, it will be necessary to take a subscription for the week in the underground carpark next to the accommodation (paying from 15/12 to 30/04 and from 1/07 to 31/08, free the rest of the year).
Possibility to rent towels and sheets (bed made on arrival).
Let's put at your disposal free of charge on your request, cot and high chair.
350m from the ski slopes or mountain bike (5min walk), 600m from the bus station, 150m from the bus stop (free bus, summer / winter summer season)), close to all shops (food, bank, shops of sports ...) as well as all the activities offered by the center of the village.
Partnership with the Ski Fun shop in La Clusaz for the rental of ski equipment.
Partner of the tourist office, you will benefit from the Enfant Roi card and the more relaxing card for the summer season.
Balneotherapy Serge Blanco located 5 minutes walk from the rental.
Bowling 100 m from the accommodation.
We also have a second apartment for 6 people, in the same building, on the same floor, for interested people who would like to come with family or friends.
We accept pets except cats, maximum dog in the accommodation.

Appartement très propre à l arrivée avec tout le confort possible .
parking privé à 20 mètres de l appartement.
Seul petit bémol : j avais oublié que les appartements en montagnes étaient sombres , ce qui était aggravé par la présence d échafaudages mais pour cela Severine n y était pour rien.

appartement très moderne
photos conformes très bien équipé : app à raclette ,à fondue , lave vaisselle ,lave linge,
séche serviette , machine à café...trés appréciable
literie dans chambre trés bien , dans le salon : se creuse un peu au milieu
très bien situé dans le village : boucherie et boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble ainsi que loueur de ski
piste pas trop loin à pieds :5 min sinon navette gratuite
parfait pour 2 sinon un peu plus bruyant si on dort dans la piéce salon
