Ideal for holidays with its veranda and enclosed garden, it is located 400 meters from the sea, 2200 meters from Tanchet beach and 300 meters from shops (tobacconist, bakery, pharmacy, small market). On the ground floor: Living room with kitchen area - a bedroom with a 140 cm bed - a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed - a mezzanine - a shower room - WC.
Equipment: Fridge with freezer box, 2 hotplates, Microwave, Mini-oven, Washing machine, Dishwasher, TV, Parking, equipped veranda and terrace furniture.

Maison agréable avec sa véranda et son petit jardin complètement entouré de haie. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, proche des sables d'olonnes par pistes cyclables et du petit bourg de la pironnière à pied. Nous sommes allés nous baigner chaque jour dans le bassin d'eau de mer à la chaume (voiture oblige ou à vélo pour les plus courageux).
