About this apartment rental
The apartment of 25 sqm is on the top floor (6th) of a chalet on the slopes of SuperDévoluy. A southern exposure on the massif you can enjoy the balcony for relaxation and sun of the Southern Alps.
The Chalet is ideally located 100 m from the shops and first ski lifts. You have access to all the services of the nearby station.
It has been arranged with care for a relaxation couple or family.
New 2019: Complete painting of walls and ceilings for the new season.
New 2017: Change of heating equipment, new bathroom tile, additional storage solution, change of faucet.
New for 2015: for your comfort (new sofa-bed comfort, for relaxing nights after walking the massif on foot, snowshoeing or skiing).
Equipment: 4 beds (sofa bed mattress firm double and 2 bunk beds), equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilets, balcony (8m)
The kitchen: HD TV, Fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils recent
Ski storage is available on the ground floor of the cottage.
Outdoor heated pool
Possibility to rent linen on site (Kit bed 2 persons / 1 person kit linen / towel kit)
Parking with extra charge.

Le studio est nickel:
_ bien équipé
_ belle rénovation, en particulier la SdB
_ bien situé
_ une vue magnifique
_ le propriétaire est facilement joignable
_ toutefois la structure de la banquette BZ mérite une sérieuse maintenance ( l'agence est intervenue rapidement).
Je recommande la station :
_ une bonne ambiance
_ un beau domaine skiable
_ un large choix d'activités hors ski

Appartement en bon état à proximité du cœur de station, bien orienté et au calme: bon séjour dans l'ensemble, bien aidé par une météo très favorable !
Un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (cocotte minute, mixer) et de la vaisselle en plus grande quantité seraient appréciable, ainsi que des rideaux plus occultant étant donné l'absence de volets et l'orientation sud-est.
Sinon, il est regrettable que les gestionnaires de la copropriété ne prennent pas la peine de dégager la neige et le verglas des allées piétonnes : c'est très dangereux et on risque plus l'entorse en allant vider les poubelles qu'en skiant ! Mais cela semble être valable pour l'ensemble de la station : un soupçon de déblaiement a été engagé environ 10 jours après la dernière chute de neige...
Sinon, bonne petite station avec toutes les commodités (sauf la pharmacie) à proximité et un domaine skiable agréable.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à 3 dans le studio. Il n'y a pas de hotte aspirante, c'est un peu dommage.
