That's beach house living.
Which is in most other citys inpossible here it's possible.That will be your holliday at the house close to city center in a quiet neighborhood, close to all amenities (supermarkets-50m, beaches-100m, banks-50m, restorants-50m and 15min walking distance from old town and Dioklecian Palase – UNESCO.
You will fill like you are living at the house and not just in one of the apartment in the building.
From the house you will have direct access to the garden with green, where it's a big table for sharing, fireplace, outside shower with hot water and place for sunbathing.
In the morning hours, when sun is not so strong, its nice to take a walk to the beaches, do some training, make a swim or just drink the coffee at some of cafe bars.
You will feel so nice when you come at your place after all and walk around barefoot, get the garden shower and then maybe eat a meal just prepared from grill.
At the afternoon when sun come down you can take a walk to Old city center to see how life goes on in old Dioklecian palace. You will see many restorans, cafe bars, people from all around the world and you will fill life in 1700 years old palace.
Maybe Split is not only palce where you wont to be, but its perfect to be a central place for your holliday so you can stay here and visit all other nice places around Split like: National park Krka,little towns like Trogir and Omiš,Old Rome town Salona, islands Brač, Hvar, Šolta, Vis and activities like: Boat tour to six islands, Rafting, Canyoning, Private tours. We can organizate all that for you so you don't need to waste a time on that.

Don't quite understand the star rating of the apartments, this one had 3 stars above the door.
The apartment was clean, and at best basic, and a good base to lay your head and shower and change.
We would have struggled slightly if we had stayed in to eat (which we did not) due to odd plates, cups etc.
On arrival we were met by the owner who lives upstairs in a separate flat, he was very polite and nothing was too much trouble.
As we arrived late at night their were no shops open and we were all gasping for a hot drink only to find no kettle, which was soon put right followed by milk from our landlord.
The stay was enjoyable, the four adults managed to shower ok and the water was always hot. (Hand held shower with bracket on wall in bath no shower curtain )
But if someone went to the bathroom next door it ment you couldn't wash your hands
as no sink in small toilet. So as we were all adults a shower curtain would have kept your modesty if someone came in.
The largest bedroom was very comfortable.
But the second rooms bed we found too soft and smallish and the curtains were so thin that it was bright at first light.
This was resolved by my wife and I moving to the living room for the rest of the holiday and sleeping on the 2 sofa beds which were very large and extremely comfortable.
And had the bonus of air conditioning in this one and only room.
The apartment is looking a little tiered. Silly things bothered me, like an ironing board but no iron, light bulbs blown and not replaced.
And lack of Bath towels (we brought washing powder and used the flats washing machine ) there was no welcome pack,
This said if you keep your expectations low and want a good clean place close to the seaside you won't be disappointed.
I think for every star seen on each appartment doors along the streets just knock one off and you may then be supprised and not disappointed.
Any criticism here is constructive and did not spoil our time in Croatia or the apartment .
We had a very good time and may return another year.
