House is very clean and close to all attractions and beaches. The property manager, Steve, is extremely friendly and accommodating. This is our second year in a row renting this house and it won't be the last!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this home. The layout was perfect for socializing and the yard was fabulous for the kids to play safely. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could use. Loved the separate beverage refrigerator. Our bed was very comfortable in the suite; the others could have been better.

We have stayed it for one week and we were very pleased with the house! It was very comfortable to stay with the infant since we had a master bedroom/bathroom. The master bedroom was big enough to put a co-sleeper. The laundry was conveniently located in the master bathroom as well. The washer/dryer is big enough to make a single load for 10 people! We enjoyed a cozy backyard at night without any noises from the neighbors, saw rabbits every day, sat by the fire and enjoyed a romantic dinner with a cool dim lights on the umbrella. The cooler storage and comfy couches were excellent addition to the backyard! The neighborhood is quite, safe and its only 5 minutes drive to the Seagull beach where we bought a parking pass for one week for $75. You can walk as well, but there is no shortcut so it would take you good 20-30 minutes. We enjoyed this beach more than others since it was wider, less crowed and easy to access from different parking lot spots. The kitchen has all utensils, pots, silverware, etc. The communication with the property manager was fast and easy if we need anything. The living room fireplace was a great spot to hang out when it got colder outside. Overall, we are super happy with the place and would definitely return next year!
