The apartment:
Apartment is located in the Family Residence: Cape Coudalère (Port Barcarès). The residence is largely pedestrianized (50m pool and shops 150m via pedestrian alley).
Apartment 4 people 2 rooms + Mezzanine of about 40 m2 with terrace and view of wooded park, the Marine Lake and the Pyrenees including Mount Canigou.
The apartment is located at 3rd and last floor. There is no wheelchair access.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (sleeping 140/190), a living room with sofa and kitchenette; a mezzanine with 2 single beds (sleeps 2 90/190), a bathroom with shower & WC.
The living room opens on the sunny balcony overlooking Mount Canigou and the marine lake
The residence :
Conveniently located within the Cape Coudalère complex where you will find, depending on the season:
- Restaurants, bakery, supermarket, newsagent, lotto, play area, animations and free concerts, day and night markets on Place Martinique close to your home;
- 3 Swimming pools including children's pool, pool open and HEATED Easter to mid-October; Free access card at the pool included in the rental of the apartment
- Sailing lessons, aqua aerobics and aqua bike (paying), Zumba classes; sports announcer during the season.
