very beautiful medieval village in the hinterland of Venice
studio approx 30 m2 opening onto covered loggia (approx 5 m2) - located on the ground floor of a neo-provencal villa. independent access - very comfortable - a few steps to descend for entry - By its location (located below by the EAST) it provides a pleasant temperature (24 ° C per heat wave) - well lit by its large window and glass door - located on the east side of the villa shown in photo -
access to the 12X5 m infinity pool and the Mediterranean garden (1800 m2) ventilated by the sea breeze - shaded by olive trees, very important not to suffer from the heat - parking in the garden - magnificent environment, sea and mountain view from the garden - - all shops restaurants are nearby the village (700 m). varied sea and mountain walks - - paragliding 30 minutes - nice rest under the olive trees - the village is dynamic, very practical with easy and quick access to all the traders
its location at 450m altitude, well ventilated makes you feel good. it also offers the advantage of being between sea and mountains offering an easy change of scenery from one day to the next.
You can spend a day in the MERCANTOUR in Vésubie, or other valleys at 2000 m. altitude - the high mountain ... !!IF..
A BUS takes you to Nice from Vence attractive price.
You can spend a day to MONACO OR VINTIMILLE in Italy - , many varieties in the landscapes and occupations and the rest is well appreciated in the garden on your return.
MOST of the time, you will be the only one to benefit from the swimming pool - VERY EXCEPTIONALLY another couple (my children)can be present - without any problem of proximity and tranquility.

The house and grounds are big, the apartment quirky and the nicest we have ever stayed in, like in a fairy tale but plenty of room, fully equipped, even a walk-in wardrobe. The setting is beautiful, lovely pool, wonderful views in all directions, down to the village, up to the hills. across to the sea.
Nicole, our host, is a lovely interesting, helpful lady, a pleasure to be with. Her English is much better than our French.

Nicole was a great host and we had a very nice one week stay. With the bus you can explore surrounding towns easily and Tourrettes-sur-Loup is beautiful in itself and reachable by foot in 15 min. On top we had a very nice pool and view of the cote d'azur.
Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
