The apartment is located in enclosed grounds, almost at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and backwaters in Seebad Zempin. From the spacious balcony you have a beautiful view of the lawn and the adjacent forest. Shops and restaurants can be reached in about 8 minutes. The beach is a 3-minute walk. The place Zempin is a good starting point for excursions.
