About this apartment rental
Newly built in 2011, the residence Margarete is located in the center of Alt-Binz in the quiet Margaretenstraße. Until the beautiful, wide sandy beach Binzer there are only about 300 m. In the modern apartment house there is an underground car park with a parking space for each apartment (included in the rental price) and a bike rack, a lift, a laundromat and dryer and a sauna (fee).
