Our 40m ² dreamily beautiful, spacious apartment, located in the upper floor of a thatched family home and only 3.5 km from the Baltic Sea Binz away. Thus, you can enjoy all the amenities of a seaside resort, but rural and spacious living. (In addition, you also save the tax, which would cost 39.90 € for 2 people and 7 days in the season directly in Binz.) Not only the large covered balcony (furnished) overlooking our beautiful, self-created Koikarpfenteich, also the well-equipped kitchen and the subsequent living room invites you to relax with us .. Of course, you also have the opportunity to enjoy your barbecues at the pond. For our little guests we have an on-site playground with a trampoline (not in winter). The apartment is located near the forest and only about 2 km from the Karls Adventure Village.
