Apartment 75 sqm: 1 bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 1.95 m), 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.90 x 1.90 m), fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, Sink, appliances, full cooking utensils. Large oak dining table with bench. Living room with fireplace, seating, reading chair and TV. Bathroom with shower, hot water via electric boiler, electric firebox radiators and a tiled stove serve as heating in the transitional months. Cot and highchair are available. 1. Floor with use of its own small garden in front of the house, barbecue possibility under the huge ash. A parking space for your car is available in front of the house. In the laundry you can use for 6,00 € a washer with dryer function. Bicycles can be rented on site.
The country house is located on a 6400 sqm plot, consisting of typical cottage gardens with pond, flowerbeds, vegetable growing and fruit trees, wide meadows and shady old trees.
