About this house rental
Authentic house in stones and slate from the Corsican cape, new, refurbished identically with terrace (upper floor) open view of the sea and the island of Giraglia. Land: garden with trees (olive trees, fruit trees ...) with barbecue and large plancha. Air conditioning in all rooms. Decorative architect. Number of main rooms made available to tenants: 5 - total area: approximately 100 m2, plus 12 m² terrace on the 1st floor + garden area 1000 m² outdoor terrace.
The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.
The main room is also equipped with an air conditioner.
It is an INVERTER system (heating in winter and air conditioning in summer)
