- Living Room: Comfortable sofa (can convert into a sofa bed, mostly suitable for children), dining table, TV, and auxiliary table.
- Open Kitchen: Fully equipped for light meals or family dinners.
- 1 Bathroom: With shower.
- Extras: Washing machine, electric heating radiators, and Wi-Fi.
- Outdoor Space: Community terrace with a small private area —perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.
- Garden Access: Table for outdoor meals or board games.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 9 AM
- Persons under 25 years of age are not permitted on the property unless accompanied by their guardians.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Keep surfaces clean and free of food. Rinse off any traces of sunscreen. The property is in a natural environment, and failure to do so will attract ants.
- Be responsible with the use of electrical devices and lights. Turn them off when not in use or when you are out of the apartment.
- Be mindful of water usage; this is an area with severe drought.

Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Leave the dishes clean and remove any organic waste.
- Take out the trash (public containers are located on Carrer de la Riera).

très sympa et hyper bien placé. Un double des clés aurait été pratique. Bruit de l'appart du dessus très important. En fonction des locataire, cela peut être gênant

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Der Zugang erfolgt über eine Treppe, die etwas versteckt liegt und sehr eng ist, und über die man weiter abwärts den Ort erreicht. Man ist in 3 Minuten am Strand, welcher nicht sehr groß ist und dessen Sand teilweise hohe Kieselsteinbestände aufweist.
Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Waschmaschine, die schon etwas betagt war und dementsprechend ihren Dienst verrichtete. Die Möblierung war zweckmäßig, die Küchenausrüstung war nicht besonders umfangreich.
Die Terrasse war sehr schön und ausreichend möbliert.
Die Wohnung selbst hatte ein sehr feuchtes Raumklima. Man hatte einen Luftentfeuchter aufgestellt, allerdings arbeitete das Gerät recht geräuschvoll. Die Bedienung erforderte ein Selbststudium, da eine entsprechende Anleitung nicht vorhanden war. Gleichwohl blieb immer ein modriger, kellerartiger Geruch, was besonders im Schlafzimmer sehr unangenehm war. So kam man nicht umhin, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen, was die dortige Mückenpopulation zu zahlreichen Besuchen animierte.
Der Kontakt zur Wohnungsverwaltung "easyflat" funktionierte nur per EMail, Bei Anrufen wurde nicht abgenommen. Der EMail-Verkehr verlief ausschließlich in spanischer und englischer Sprache.
Wenn man kein Smartphone besitzt oder ein anderes entsprechendes Gerät mitführt, ist man schlicht aufgeschmissen.
Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht wieder buchen.
