The owners of the premises open 760m2 of living and reception spaces to you. On three floors, you will find various kitchens, living rooms and dining rooms, to stay in refined décor. 3600m2 of land also unfold in front of you, for outdoor walks in the middle of the hundred-year-old trees.
We accept weddings of up to 60 people

Thanks to no less than 10 bedrooms all air-conditioned as well as the living rooms, prolong the pleasure of getting together with family and friends. Various master suites will make you happy. They are all equipped with television and an en-suite bathroom.
Other facilities
Villa Guide also offers the possibility of benefiting from a parking lot where you and your guests can park your vehicles during your stay. Capacity for 10 cars.

The villa is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. We were a family party of 20 and the bedrooms and bathrooms worked extremely well. Lovely pool to relax by which all the family enjoyed.A 3 minute walk to the beach and maybe 5 minutes to the old town as well as restaurants very close by.We all had a very memorable stay and were made very welcome by our host Antoine.

We rented the villa to house close friends and family for our wedding weekend in Antibes and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The villa exceeded all of our expectations, especially the grounds and the pool area. The location of the villa was also perfect for us to get quickly into town and to the beach. It’s also located right by a bakery and small grocery store which was perfect to grabbing things quickly. We’d highly recommend this villa to any large group of family or friends. It couldn’t be more perfect!!!

The property was perfect for our group of four families, with three separate but connected living areas. Location was ideal, a short walk from a lovely bakery and small supermarket, and 15mins along the water to the old town. Antoine was really helpful, giving advice on the local area, an in-house chef (Greg), a housekeeper and a driver.

Our stay at Villa Guide was amazing. Such a beautiful house, great venue and the best property manager you can imagine. It was our second time staying at Villa Guide and already looking forward to our next visit.
