If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at either Antibes (JLP-Juan Les Pins Train Station), a short 13-minute walk away, or Juan-les-Pins Station, 14 minutes away.

We rented the villa to house close friends and family for our wedding weekend in Antibes and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The villa exceeded all of our expectations, especially the grounds and the pool area. The location of the villa was also perfect for us to get quickly into town and to the beach. It’s also located right by a bakery and small grocery store which was perfect to grabbing things quickly. We’d highly recommend this villa to any large group of family or friends. It couldn’t be more perfect!!!

The property was perfect for our group of four families, with three separate but connected living areas. Location was ideal, a short walk from a lovely bakery and small supermarket, and 15mins along the water to the old town. Antoine was really helpful, giving advice on the local area, an in-house chef (Greg), a housekeeper and a driver.

Everything about this property was impressive. The location is so convenient, with the beach, the boulangerie and a small store all within a block or two. We could easily walk into the heart of Old Antibes in about 15 minutes. The walk to Juan Les Pins was a bit more strenuous, but easily doable in about 20 minutes. The villa was expansive and so interesting, with the opportunity to provide several families their own space. So much lawn space for outdoor activities, and a very large pool. Antoine, the property manager, was very professional and helpful. I don’t know how we’ll be able to follow up on this family vacation. It was an amazing experience.

The home is HUGE and beautiful. The location is perfect distance to town and the beaches. There was so much room that even with my our group of 13, it felt like we each had our own wing. Antoine is also very kind and responsive. We loved this home and will come back again!

Hard to find one word to described our stay at Villa Guide other than “incredible” Antoine was an AWESOME host. Super responsive to any questions we had. The house, wow the house. Lovely 3rd floor separate apartment with a view of the ocean. Pool was great and had awesome afternoon shade. Beautiful full dining room made for some special memories with our entire family. Cool bar area perfect for opening up some tasty French wine. I could go on and on. But the real gem of this house is huge yard, privacy and massive space all less than one block from the Sea. Around the corner from incredible restaurants and a short walk to the main market and shops in Antibes. Could not have imagined a better venue for our special family vacation. Highly recommend and this is coming from a discerning crew that likes to vacation well. Thank you for an awesome experience Villa Guide!!!!

It's an amazing building and location. Great with the huge garden and pool especially for children. Me and my family had a wonderful time at the destination. The house was perfect for enjoying Antibes and Antoine was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Staying in Villa Guide was a dream. Clean, nice interior design, lovely garden and pool, great location with the beach just around the corner and just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The property manager Antoine was friendly, helpful and nice. We had the best weekend ever and hope to come back soon!
