Als wir am Ankunftstag den Vermieter anriefen, nur dessen Tel. Nr, hatten wir, reagierte dieser sehr genervt. Was wir wollten, wir sollten gefälligst seine Verwalterin anrufen. Er gab uns dann die Tel. Nr. Diese war aber trotz nochmaligen Vergleich nicht korrekt. Auf weitere Anrufe reagierte er nicht, bis wir es mit einem anderen Telefon versuchten. Dann behauptete er, er hätte uns eine andere Nr. mitgeteilt. Mit der neuen Nr. erreichten wir dann die sehr freundliche Verwalterin. Diese teilte uns dann mit, dass wir bei ihr vorbeikommen könnten um den Schlüssel zu erhalten. Dabei stellten wir fest, dass der Vermieter uns eine total falsche Adresse mitgeteilt hatte. Wir bekamen zwar die Wohnuns die wir gebucht hatten, dort gab es aber keinen Parkplatz. Wir brachten also unser Gepäck in die Wohnung und dann unser Auto wieder auf den Parkplatz eines anderen Objekts, das der Vermieter betreibt. Entfernung zu Fuß ca. 1,5 km. Wir konnten also nur sehr erschwert Ausflüge mit dem Auto machen.
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben könnte aber eine Renovierung vertragen. Alles etwas vergammelt.

Une vue imprenable sur le port et les toits de Collioure ; la situation avenue du Mirador n'est pas usurpée. Appartement très calme, fonctionnel, avec une vaste pièce de vie très agréable. Pour les personnes qui privilégient le cadre et le côté typique d'une habitation. Accès très rapide au centre par des rues très sympathiques. On aimera y revenir.

Apartment furniture did not match description. No armchairs as stated, scruffy sofa only.
