Studio near the ski slopes in La Rosiere station and right next to the small Terraces mall.
This apartment for 4 people is located in the village center, in Les Terrasses de La Rosiere. The building is just 2 minutes walk from the slopes and 50 meters from the village center.
This apartment is close to my apartment for 6 people (ref 371) and can accommodate up to 4 people. It is also very well equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, TV, stereo, DVD ....). I also have another apartment to 4 persons with Terrace (ref 373).
The balcony overlooks the Isère valley and offers views of Mont Pourri and Arcs 2000 & 1950. The view to Bourg Saint Maurice is a bit blocked.
The rental of the apartment also includes an underground parking space. Please note that we must equip his car with winter tires or chains (including 4x4).
The ski storage is at the bottom of the building, accessible from the outside. It is locked at night.
A bakery, a supermarket, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a press, a ski shop, a fitness center and 2 screen cinema en- below the residence. You will find more shops, bars, restaurants and a bank in the shopping center which is 50 meters from the buildings.
The Eucherts the mall also contains an indoor rink, a bowling alley, services and shops.
Pets are welcome subject.
