Great location exactly what we needed for an extended stay

We had rented this property to go to Cardinal spring Training. Training games were cancelled due to the outbreak of the virus . We decided to go ahead and come down because it’s Florida and there are other things to do. We had booked the property for six days but one day into our stay the virus severity became much worse in our home state of Illinois and we decided it would be wise to return home. We were told we would receive a credit for the remainder of our stay (5 days ) but to date have not received any formal confirmation of that. The property was nice and clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Great house and guest cottage. Perfect for two couples. Not too far from Fitteam Ballpark, a short Uber drive away, saw four spring training games. Jerome very responsive to any questions.

Nice house with a wonderful fenced in area, great for small children. Short walk to two playgrounds and manatee lagoon. Easy drive to get to peanut island and several great beaches. House was clean and comfortable. Jerome was very responsive and great to work with!
