GITE SUR LAVALE
WE HAVE A SPECIAL "MIDWEEK" RATE FROM MONDAY 1 P.M. TO FRIDAY 11 A.M. AT THE PRICE OF 1600 EUROS WHICH DOES NOT APPLY DURING HOLIDAY PERIODS
We put at your disposal about 650m2 of buildings on a wooded estate of 7ha located between Dijon and Beaune, in Chevannes, a small wine-growing village in the Hautes Côte de Nuits Saint Georges (8km)We are outside the village, in height, with a beautiful view of the village and the vineyards
There are 3 buildings dedicated to you:
the FIRST is a horseshoe construction with in its center a semi covered swimming pool of 8mx4 and around the pool 1 house of 250m2 that we call Gite LOFT and another of 150m2 that we call Gite TRADITION they are 8m apart
The horseshoe is closed by a sauna area, a garden and terraces with arbour. We do not rent the cottages separately, so you will be the only tenants on the estate
The swimming pool is in service FROM MAY 15TH TO OCTOBER 1ST FROM 6AM TO 10PM
In each cottage there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 bed in 160 and 1 with 2 beds in 140 and a bed in 90.
There are total of 10 beds and 18 beds
PER GITE There are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 Italian shower, 1 bathtub
In the GITE TRADITION there is 1 small kitchen, 1 TV room of 25m2 and a living room of 30m2, this cozier cottage is rather reserved for "early beds" or children
the GITE LOFT is larger and in addition to the identical spaces described above
It has a large kitchen of 25m2, a dining room of 30m2 with tables for dining at 18
There is 1 summer kitchen of 30m2 for dining at 18, with barbecue
A connected CINEMA ROOM, we have built the cinema as an alternative to the swimming pool in winter for those who are a little chilly!
The SECOND BUILDING of 100 m2 is 15m away from the LOFT cottage and houses a 10mx5m swimming pool heated to 27 degrees all year round and accessible from 10am to 8pm
We have reduced the temperature from 28 to 27 this year to participate in the collective effort to protect the climate and save energy!!
The THIRD BUILDING of 200m2 houses a games room (trampoline, ping pong, 2 table football, baby grand piano, barbie house, comic book.... TV) with American kitchen and 2 toilets
DANCE FLOOR IDEAL FOR BIRTHDAYS
We can accommodate meals for up to 40 people. (under conditions, with supplement, ask for a quote)
Between the cottages and the games room you will come across a yurt, a playground (swings.cabins), a mini farm, a bowling green.
MINORS, WHATEVER THEIR AGE AND EVEN IF THEY KNOW HOW TO SWIM, WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO SWIM UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT

Gym with functional mat, rowing machine, recumbent bike, Roman chair...

If you like horses youll love it as adjoing a large riding establishment.Great pool and lots of room.
Alot of flies as so near stables. Very nice owner

Lovely location and perfect for a large family getaway. We were 14 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of space for us. Basically two houses joined by communal pool. There is and indoor pool, sauna, and space for quiet reading. The property is by a farm and there are loads of animals for small children and a games room for table football & ping pong. On wet days the cinema rooms was perfect and very much the „icing on the cake“. Patrick the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the number of flies given the summer weather and location near a farm. Great place for cycling,running, walking, relaxing, wine tasting and much more as large towns are only a short drive away.

C'est vraiment un endroit de rève même si l'hiver ne permet pas d'accéder à la piscine. Une salle de jeux spendide comble les moments de détente. La vue est spendide. L'accueil est très chaleureux et la présence des chevaux à coté est agréable. Adresse à conserver ...
