Justo lo que queríamos, a 10’ del parque, bien para los cuatro de la familia, con todo lo q puedes necesitar, lavadora,lavavajillas cocina, horno, máquina de café.. ni a 5’ andando del súper, panadería En una zona súper tranquila y plaza privada de coche para llegar y no tener q buscar sitio. Agradecer el trato recibido, la comunicación y las facilidades que nos han dado tanto Didier como Cinzia.

En general el alojamiento estaba en buenas condiciones y todo es tal como aparece en las imágenes. Didier nos ha facilitado tanto la entrada como la salida aunque fueran en horarios nocturnos o de madrugada. Ideal si quieres ir a DisneyLand puesto que queda realmente cerca de la parada del bus que te lleva allí directamente.

Coqueto apartamento, cómodo, limpio, pequeño, como se ve en las fotos, pero con todo lo necesario y detalles como WiFi, cápsulas de café, pastillas de lavavajillas,... Menaje de cocina completo. Tiene también plaza de aparcamiento cubierta en el mismo edificio. En un pueblo y calle muy tranquilos con servicios como supermercado, panadería, farmacia. Hemos estado una semana dos adultos y dos niños para ir a Disneyland y visitar París. A 10 minutos en coche de Disneyland, hay también autobús de línea al parque aunque nosotros no lo hemos utilizado. La comunicación con el propietario, Didier, excelente, puntual y atento a cualquier necesidad. Si podemos repetiremos sin duda.

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable, bien accueilli nous avons posé nos valise dans un appartement très bien situé, décoré avec goût, propre et disposant de tout ce dont nous pourrions avoir besoin. Nous avons passé un confortable et agréable séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, l’appartement était fonctionnel. Bien situé près des commerces de base et quelques restaurations avec livraison aussi. Le parking est un plus car ce n’est pas très facile de trouver une place pour se garer dans la rue. Disneyland est vraiment très proche ainsi que val d’europe. On recommande cet appartement dans un lieu agréable l’image de Disney.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et l’accueil de notre hôte. Disponible aussi bien à notre arrivée que pour notre départ. L’appartement est très agréable et le séjour impeccable Nous regrettons la méthode employé par Abritel. A ce jour pour un séjour de deux jours j ai payé très cher.... la caution ne m’ayant Pas été remboursé. Je suis non seulement dans l’embarras et furieuse des méthodes employés par Abritel.

Sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter,war bei unserer Ankunft schon vor Ort und hat uns alles gezeigt..Die Wohnung war sehr sauber ,dass Bett und das Schlafsofa bequem.Die kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gut ausgestattet..Ein Parkplatz steht in der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus kostenlos zur verfügung.Gute Lage ,ein paar Fahrminuten zu den Disney Parks,genauso zur anderen Seite zum Val d Europa, Einkaufscenter und Outlet..Fußläufig ein Supermarkt,Metzger und Bäcker ,sehr gut um morgens frisches Baguette oder die täglichen Kleinigkeiten zu besorgen.

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt und kostenlosem Tiefgaragenplatz im Haus. Ins Disneyland sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten mit dem Bus, Haltestelle etwa 200 m entfernt. Auch ein Supermarkt und andere Geschäfte sind nur ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter Herr Bernard ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche, Danke nochmal!!!

Bel appartement qui en plus d'être décoré avec goût, est également très bien équipé. Même draps et serviettes sont compris, ce qui est loin d'être le cas en général. Le parking au sous-sol est pratique.Très bien situé : à 5 mn de Disneyland. Vous avez également tous les commerces à 5 mn à pieds. Bref, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Merci

J'ai eu la visite de ma famille d'Italie (deux adultes et deux enfants) pendant une semaine en Juin: ils ont été ravis de leur séjour. L'appartement est très propre, la décoration soigné, la literie de très bonne qualité', la salle de bain impeccable. Bref, tout a été parfait! En plus Mr Bernard, le propriétaire, est très agreable et disponible. Je conseille vivement cet appartement!

très bel appartement sécurisé avec parking en sous sol, décoration moderne, très bien équipé et très propre, grande terrasse avec sièges parasol table, commerces à proximité à pieds au coeur de Bailly ainsi que restaurants . en voiture , proximité du val d'europe, disney, rer, restaurants, la vallée village etc, idéalement situé pour visiter la région et se rendre sur Paris. ....appartement que nous recommanderons à nos amis...et nous y reviendrons !!!

Très bel appartement, refait à neuf. Appartement conforme à la description, propre, bien équipé et avec parking. Situé à proximité de la place de l'Europe, la boulangerie et les arrêts de bus à moins de 5 minutes à pied. En bus il suffit de 15 minutes pour aller au Val d'Europe, à la gare SNCF de Marne la Vallée ou Disneyland. Très bons contacts avec Mr BERNARD le propriétaire qui est sympathique et disponible. Je ne manquerais pas de le conseiller pour un séjour en région parisienne. Je compte bien le relouer de nouveau pour de prochains séjours sur Bailly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à BAILLY . L'appartement est conforme à la description et décoré avec gout et surtout très propre et bien équipé . Situé à proximité de petits commerces de qualité . Le propriétaire Mr BERNARD est sympathique et disponible.. Nous ne manquerons pas de le conseiller pour un séjour en région parisienne. Appartamento piccolo ma nuovo e completo di ogni servizio. Se lo affittate per andare a Disneyland Paris avete fatto bingo perchè la distanza da parco giochi è di soli 6,6 Km, distanza equivalente ai grandi hotel della Disney ma con un prezzo nettamente più basso. A 100 mt si trova un supermercato e 2 boulangerie dove potete acquistare i vostri prodotti per mangiare e non solo. L'appartamento possiede un terrazzo dove potete ammirare le papere che nuotano e starnazzano, specialmente la mattina. Proprietario gentilissimo ed a disposizione per ogni richiesta Appartamento consigliatissimo
