We went in search of tranquil and simple accommodation and we found it. It is in a convenient position (5 minutes from Lambesc) yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. A great base to explore Provence. The property, although small, had everything we needed and Madame was very hospitable.

We spend wonderful holidays at this beautiful and well-kept place. Very good for relaxing and enjoying nature. There are beautiful walks just close by. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and two terraces with a lot of privacy and you can choose shadow or sun at any time. Very friendly and helpful owner, who gave us very good suggestions for sightseeing or walking trips. There are plenty possibilities nearby. Very much recommended!

The owner was helpful and friendly while respectful of our privacy. We had everything we needed in the house, which was charming and well-kept. Our stay at the house was exactly what we needed for our vacation in the French countryside, and if we're back in the area, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Nice cottage in a quiet environment. We enjoyed the tranquility and privacy in this cosy cottage owned by the very friendly owner. Recomended for those who seek peace and quiet, and still want be close to the touristic higlights of this part of France. (Marseille / Cassis / Luberon )

We had a lovely time at this lovely little cottage in Provence. The cottage is next door to, but a fair way from the owner's house, with a screen and careful thought put into sightlines so you still have a lot of privacy. There's a small kitchenette and lounge/sitting room, with an upstairs double bedroom. Outside there's a hammock, two tables with chairs (in different places to catch the sun at different times) and sun loungers aplenty. It's a nice and quiet spot about 5/10 minutes' drive from the nearest town. It is a lovely spot for a relaxing week or two with lots to see nearby. Owner very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Recommended.

"We travelled there with the car and stayed for one week. The place is surrounded by the vineyards and is located in a good silent spot. The owner is very friendly and helpful, who is ready to advise which places to visit, supermarket working hours etc. She respects the privacy of the visitors as well. The cottage is nice and simple; there are all required household accessories to prepare the food etc. You can have breakfasts and dinners outside. We found this place a good ratio of the price and quality."

Schöne kleine Wohnung die alles Wichtige beinhaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist.Sie liegt mitten in den Weinbergen und umgeben von Natur und wildem Rosmarin. Durch die Pinien ist für schattige Plätzchen gesorgt, aber auch sonnige Plätze sind überall im Garten zu finden. Durch den angenehmen Wind und Schatten lässt es sich auch bei sehr hohen Temperaturen gut aushalten. Es gibt jede Menge Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend und der Provence. Danièle ist eine nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin; wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Si comme nous, vous aimez la nature, l'odeur des pins, du thym et du romarin, si vous appréciez la sieste bercés par le chant des cigales, alors venez chez Danièle! Son gîte, très propre et bien équipé, est idéalement situé, à proximité du Luberon et des ses magnifiques villages perchés, non loin d'Aix en Provence splendide cité au patrimoine exceptionnel. Merci à Danièle pour sa gentillesse, ses petites attentions et sa discrétion.

Review

The guest house is located ~50m next to the owner, which might not be clear from the pictures. This was however no issue for us, we had plenty of privacy. Some large pine trees give shelter from the sun, this made it so it was never too hot at night, we did not have to use the AC (July). The interior of the house is basic, bathroom rather small, we offcourse spent most time outdoors. The house is located 4km north of Lambesc surounded by vineyards and at the foot of a rocky hill. This makes for a beautiful view from the hammock. There is offcourse some rural activity in the neighbourhood, this was of no bother to us. There are dogs close by, we did not see them, but they might start barking in the middle of the night... We did not specifically choose this region, but we were pleasantly suprised. Region ideal for winetasting and plenty of top restaurants close by (Mas Bottero). The village of Lambesc is rather quiet, but there are cultural activities and festivals. Danielle was the perfect host, and kept us up to date of local activities.

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Haus von Danièle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es bietet alles, was man braucht und ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für Wanderungen und es ist sehr ruhig und in der Nähe zahlreicher interessanter Orte. Aix- en Provence erreicht man innerhalb einer halben Stunde auch gut per Bus. Danièle ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und war stets ansprechbar. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter. Merci pour tout, chère Danièle!

Das Studio liegt abseits vom Lambesc mitten in den Weinfeldern der Umgebung. Es ist einfach, aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge zu den Dörfern im Luberongebirge und in die Lavendelregion oder nach Aix-en-Provence. Daniele ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Häuschen liegt in sehr schönem, ruhig abgeschiedenem Gelände in wunderbarer naturnaher Umgebung. Wir waren zu zweit dort und es war genau richtig um zu entspannen, sich zu erhohlen und sich wohlzufühlen. Sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin. Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vom Haus aus. Gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Aix en Provence, zum Bauernmarkt nach Lambesc und zum Wandern am Mont Victoire.

Merci à Danièle pour son accueil et sa générosité. Nous étions installés dans la maisonnette au coeur du jardin provençal. 2 terrasses pour profiter du soleil et de l'ombre des arbres selon l'envie du moment. Beaucoup de calme très agréable. Nous souhaitons particulièrement remercier Danièle qui se fait plus que discrète et toujours serviable et généreuse dans nos échanges. Nous avons passé de très bons moments reposant et espérons revenir bientôt dans la région! Merci

Location en pleine nature à 5 mn en voiture de Lambesc, une maison toute simple conforme aux photos, idéale pour se reposer avec un vaste espace extérieur ombragé, bien équipé d'une double terrasse, de transats et hamacs au milieu des pins et massifs de romarin ou l'on apprécie de pouvoir garer sa voiture à l'ombre. La propriétaire dans la maison voisine est gentille et très discrète.
