50% deposit on booking
50% upon handing over the keys upon arrival
Deposit: 400 euros
Option: A cleaning package at the end of the stay of € 50 is offered to the tenant upon handing over the keys if the latter does not wish to repair the apartment before departure.

Super stay! Nice, cultured and helpful owner, trouble-free contact and communication. Great flat, modern and nicely furnished, very well equipped and clean. Location practically on the beach but without view of the sea. The building is located near the main street, across the road there is a supermarket and restaurants. Quiet surroundings - very recommended. It is a pity that the directly accessible part of the beach was just a construction site (strengthening of the quay).
