Very nice single storey studio near the sea (100 m) and the port (150m). Comfortable, bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the comfort of the hotel without constraints, ideally located in the heart of La Cotinière famous tourist site of the island of Oleron (common Saint Pierre d'Oléron), A situation ideal near the city center, the market, the beach, shops and the small fishing port.

My first impression of the studio was that it was rather small but after the first day I realized that we had everything there we needed. The room clean, the bed comfortable and there is everything in place if we wished to cook or eat inside (I didn't cook at all but this was my choice!).
The studio is within walking distance of the sea front and the town for restaurants and shops. I love this place and would thoroughly recommend.
The only thing lacking is a patio area to sit and relax but with the beach at the end of the road it isn't really necessary.
