The Hôtel Jean de Rat, a XVII century noble house, is a real jewel hidden in the most prestigious road of Montagnac, next to Pézenas, in the heart of the Herault valley.
The residence offers three luxury private apartments, situated on the first floor, for an overall capacity of 10-15 people.
The ground floor of the residence, organised around a small charming garden, is a communal space for all residents and consists of a large reception hall, an indoor heated swimming pool for moments of relaxation, a shaded terrace ideal for socialising, a games room.
The Luxury private apartment "Valmagne", ideal for 2 people (can accomodate 4), is situated the noble 1st floor of the house and consists of :
- 1 bedroom
- 1 open plan living room/kitchen with sofabed for 2
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet

We enjoyed our stay at Anjnas and Michels place very much. They were so welcoming and the house is just beautiful! The garden is very pretty, just had a lot of mosquitoes but I guess that’s very common for that time of the year. Anjna even supplied us with mosquito repellent.
