About this cottage rental
The Emerald Estate welcomes you to its adjoining and individual lodgings, comfortable for a moment of relaxation, to be rented separately or together in a huge enclosed garden with trees. Heated swimming pool open from May to September, pétanque, ping pong table, basketball hoop, wooden house with slide, swing, children's games, trampoline.
Cottage for 5 people, with 2 bedrooms composed of a living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, (shower) and WC.
You will have at your disposal an individual terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, swimming pool shared by the 2 gîtes.
We are located on the edge of a lively village of bars and restaurants and its 40 km of superb sandy beaches.
Located in Angles near Conches and Tranche sur mer, 5 minutes by car from the beaches.
Close to all shops.
Tourist link ideal for lovers of the sea and nature, water sports, hiking, biking, fishing, golf and horse riding.
For the low season, the rental price does not include electricity, it is extra.

Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Anlage, die aus insgesamt 2 Wohnungen besteht, die nebeneinander in einem Gebäude untergebracht sind. Wir haben absolut nichts von unseren Nachbarn gehört, die Wände scheinen sehr schalldicht zu sein.
Alles wirkt wie neu, die Einrichtung, das Haus, der Pool und die Gartenwege, ausserdem ist alles top gepflegt. Florian, der Besitzer, ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, und ihm ist es wichtig, dass man ihn so gut wie nicht wahrnehmen kann (Privatsphäre). Jeden Tag reinigt er den Pool , auch wenn dieser nicht benutzt wurde, top.
Der schöne Strand "Les Conches" ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht, direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Reitstall, den unsere Töchter gerne für einen Ausritt genutzt haben (in Laufnähe).
Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

15 jours passé dans ce gîte agréable tant par son calme et le parc arboré avec goût
et tous les équipements de jeux pour enfants et adultes. La piscine chauffée est un véritable atout. La partie habitation est bien agencée, chambres spacieuses. Je recommanderais ce gîte pour ceux qui recherche le calme.
