About this villa rental
This superb luxury villa, new 2011, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped will bring you the relaxation you want. Luxuriously furnished, the very large living room is equipped with a Home Cinema, flat screen, DVD and CD player, wifi. As you wish, you will have your breakfasts and meals in a beautiful fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the swimming pool and its 25m2 terrace or one of the 2 other terraces with magnificent views. A very beautiful mezzanine with its reading corner or TV overhangs the living room. A 25m2 air-conditioned bedroom with Home Cinema, large flat screen, bathroom and closet is added to the 4 other beautiful bedrooms, also air-conditioned with bathroom and closets, wardrobes. You can swim in a magnificent private 12x5 swimming pool with crystal clear waters while eating on the terrace grilled barbecue. The lush garden with its flamboyant colors will delight you during your meals or your naps on the deckchairs.
Located on the west coast of Senegal 80 km from Dakar, this prestigious villa of 450 m2 on two levels benefits from a beautiful garden and a beautiful swimming pool. Nearby, you will find all the amenities and leisure activities (SPA, thalassotherapy, restaurants, shops, boutiques, pharmacy, sports activities: golf, jet-ski, quad, fishing center, beach 400 m). 10 minutes away you can visit a 'Bandia' animal reserve. The villa is secured 24/24 hours by a caretaker. For your comfort, an automatic generator and 2 blowers with their water reserve are installed to compensate for unpredictable power cuts which can be frequent in Senegal, from a few minutes to several hours. A cleaning lady will guarantee the cleanliness of the villa during your stay. The caretaker ensures your safety and maintains the swimming pool as well as the green areas. The windows and the beds are fitted with mosquito nets.

This is a nice house for a big group with 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. Nice and very spacious. It is not far from either Saly or Somone. It might be a little hot during hot season as there is no AC in the living room.

C’était notre septième séjour à Saly. Maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre. La piscine en particulier est assez grande pour pouvoir nager un peu, ce qui est rare. L’eau est régulièrement nettoyée par Moustapha, dont la présence est également un grand plus : gentil, discret, fiable, honnête et bon organisateur. La cuisinière (Nina) était très bien. Et le ménage fait tous les jours par Rama est un luxe apprécié ! L’environnement direct est plutôt moche, mais c’est comme ça presque partout à part dans les résidences. On est à dix minutes de Saly Center et ses commerces pour Sénégaulois. Les navettes pour l’aéroport étaient nickels. Le propriétaire est plutôt réactif et serviable. Moustapha le gardien est exceptionnel. Nous avons tous passé de supers vacances !

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and 4 days. It was very pleasant initially as it was sunny and the pool was a lot of fun.The kitchen was well furnished and functional. We hired a cook for an extra but it was well worth it as she is professional, discreet and knows her way around this kitchen.
On the down side at night it was unbearable to seat in the living room as the heat and mosquitoes made it difficult to rest. There is no AC in the living room, so we had to purchase fans to keep the temperature down. We couldn't also be outside as there are a lot of mosquitoes and other bugs roaming around. We stayed during the rainy season so that might explain it. We also lost power for an entire afternoon before the guard decided to replace the battery on the generator.
Overall, it's a great location but it still needs to be renovated to include for example an AC in the living room and also treatment of mosquitoes and other insects. We almost paid the equivalent of one night for the electric bill at the end of the stay.
