The modern apartment block exclusive apartment enjoys a unique location: just a few meters from the long and wide sandy beach and the beach promenade, 300 m to the station of the seaside resort and only about 600 meters to the pier, town center and spa. In all newly built accommodation has large apartments with 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, some with sauna. An underground garage (the entrance height is 2.00 m, with direct access to the house), lockable bicycle room and elevator in the building. Environment: Fresh rolls is available directly at the bakery next to the building; there you can also get a breakfast. A bike hire can be found near the house at the station (300 m).
