Ground floor: Entrance, 1 bedroom 160 cm bed with cupboard for wheelchair access and its walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm and cupboard. 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and cupboard. Bathroom / shower. Fully equipped 30 m2 kitchen. Living room of 25 m2 with 2 sofas open onto the terrace and swimming pool through large sliding picture windows. 1 wc + 1 handicapped wc with washing machine area. 15 m2 patio with garden table.
Upstairs: Games room with pool table. 1 wc. 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed, closet and walk-in shower.
Front courtyard closed with private parking for 2/3 cars, automated gate. Landscaped garden enclosed by walls with private heated swimming pool 8 m x 4 m (heated from 06/05 to 30/09/2017). Wooden terrace with garden furniture, solarium with deckchairs.

Sylvie and Loic were attentive and considerate hosts, who were superb at communication. The house was in top condition and everything worked as intended. There is plenty of space in the main living area. It is easy to find and a 10-minute walk from all amenities that you will need. Plus a stone's throw from a lovely beach. We enjoyed our fortnight here very much.

The property has everything you need for a luxurious stay in this house. Lots of room with everything beautifully presented and of extremely high quality. Just a stones throw from the beach. Every room is very tastefully presented.

Our first time to Ile de Re and a short flight from Manchester to La Rochelle airport. Small and friendly airport which we passed through in under 15 minutes! Silvie organised a private taxi which was waiting for us on our arrival, a short transfer and we were at our house within 20 minutes. Excellent location we had the beach 50 metres away, bus stop 5 minute walk, shops and market 10 minute walk and we only needed a taxi once for the whole week. Buses were regular and inexpensive however they can be late, busy and a little unreliable. Fun Bike hire was a ten minute walk away and we hired bikes for the whole family for three days, they were really friendly, English speaking and couldn't be more helpful. We cycled to La Flotte and St Martin where there are beautiful shops and restaurants. We had a special family dinner at Hotel de Torois in St Martin which we can highly recommend if the budget will stretch. Our house was perfect and very thoughtfully designed with complimentary wine and biscuits on arrival. A great holiday, we will brush up on our French next time as this island is popular with the Parisians and you need to have a good grasp of French if you want to get the most out of your stay.
