Raintree Villas is located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and is within walking distance of the Cherry Grove Pier. This 3-story beach retreat is in a secluded setting and is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the ocean front pool. This second floor walk up, 2 bedroom / 2 bath, oceanfront, remodeled condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer/dryer, WiFi, and private oceanfront covered balcony. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Raintree Villas. On April, 2018, Cherry Grove was voted the best beach in South Carolina in USA TODAY's 10 Best Readers' Choice contest. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. No Elevator.

Very impressed with our stay at this condo. Very clean, views are great, and pool was kept clean. Only complain would be the master bed being a little uncomfortable. Overall we had the best stay here and it’s in very nice location.

Great location nice and relaxing. A little bump of a start with checking in but tbet where nice and made me feel at home.

Our stay was good. The F2 property was clean but could use some updates. Carpet was fairly dirty and a few ants were in the bathroom. I think the overall the unit was ok. But it could use a little tlc and it would be much nicer. Good stay for a small family.
