About this apartment rental
We've been renting from this site since 2008!
Standard check-in and check-out times available to better suit our guests. Check-out until 5 PM.
First floor apartment right next to the beach, only 2 blocks from the sea (210 meters), with all kinds of shops right outside! Want to have a beer on the beach and not worry about driving afterwards? This is the ideal apartment. Need to go to the supermarket or bakery? We have 2 right outside!
Property located almost at the intersection with Amazonas Street.
Safe and family-friendly building located on the main street of the Tortuga shopping center (Rua do Rufunos) with excellent infrastructure including restaurants, bakery, supermarket, snack bar, pizzeria, butcher shop; ice cream parlor, ATM, etc.
The building doesn't have a doorman, and my cleaning lady goes to the building to deliver the key! I'll send a WhatsApp message to coordinate entry and exit.
Rental only for families and couples, as the building does not tolerate excessive noise or parties fueled by alcohol and rowdiness.
Below is a summary of the apartment's contents:
*Room with air conditioning! TV, 1 double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan + extra mattress.
*Living room with 2 bunk beds with mattresses, 29-inch TV, dining table and ceiling fan + table fans and Wi-Fi
*KITCHEN with basic cooking items such as blender, mixer, pots, frying pan, microwave, pressure cooker, glasses, cup, cutlery, ovenware, coffee pot, cookie sheet, refrigerator, stove, iron. LAUNDRY ROOM with small washing machine (use liquid detergent)
Beach with kiosks that offer tables, chairs and umbrellas (calm sea, great for children)

If the tenant disregards the building rules or exceeds the number of people stipulated in the contract, they will lose the right to the lease and forfeit the amount paid, having to vacate the property immediately!
The building is monitored by cameras and has a building manager, permanent residents, and a cleaning lady who takes care of cleaning the building's common areas.
Use of the barbecue grill is ONLY for residents and requires a fee and reservation with the administration. It is not permitted for short-term renters!!!
The CONDOMINIUM and I DO NOT AUTHORIZE TENANTS TO BRING ANY KIND OF PET.

O apartamento é ótimo, supre todas as necessidades de quem quer passar um tempo na praia, próximo ao mar, mercado, padaria, restaurante, farmácia. Recomendo!

Eu e minha família tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Apartamento com ambiente muito acolhedor, facilmente nos sentimos em casa. Limpeza impecável. A contratante Giselle sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. Tudo, absolutamente tudo pertinho. Farmácia, mercado, (grande e pequeno), açougue, restaurantes por kilo e a La Carte, sorveteria e principalmente a praia :)
Gratidão.
Voltaremos mais vezes.

O prédio é bem localizado com muitos comércios perto, e perto da praia tbm...isso foi ótimo pra nós....aínda mais com crianças...O apto é muito bom, não estava perfeitamente limpo mas uma limpeza por cima, é que sou muito chata com limpeza....A vista do apto é muito feia, da para outros aptos horríveis e o de frente da sala estava com um cheiro péssimo...Mas como disse no título...o custo x benefício foi muito bom...
De resto foi ótimo e o apto é muito gostoso.....

Apartamento próximo da praia, dá para ir a pé , e tem comércio próximo. Tiver um problema com a pia da cozinha e a Gisele na hora já se prontificou para resolver. A anfitriã Gisele está sempre a disposição, e a Nilda supre atenciosa e comprometida com os horários.
