About this house rental
We offer this typical village house in the south.
The house is at a dead end so quiet and set back from the road.
The village is close to everything thanks to good road access (A9 motorway) and paths to get to the sea (greenway).
The house is in Claira, for information the village is close to Barcarès, Canet-en-Roussillon, Perpignan and especially 1 hour from Perthus in Spain !!!
The house consists of:
- at the ground floor:
Large common room with open and equipped kitchen (including coffee maker, fridge, toaster, microwave and gas stove) and in the living room, a large corner sofa, flat screen and coffee table.
- upstairs:
2 Bedrooms with double bed 140x190 with wardrobe and flat screen.
Living room with sofa bed for 2 people and a wardrobe.
Shower room with shower and WC + hairdryer.
Outside:
Small enclosed courtyard ideal for evenings with friends thanks to the gas plancha available.
The terrace can also store up to 2 motorcycles.
Options for more comfort, we offer:
VTT 30 euros per week (for 2 VTT)
Sheets and towel (20 euros per week)
End of stay cleaning (20 euros per week)

Summary of reviewsHad a very good stay. Well-equipped and nicely decorated house. Close to the cycling path to the beach. Nearby amenities like supermarket, bar, pizzeria, and local producers. Two distinct bedrooms and practical bathroom upstairs. Owner is very friendly.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien équipée et bien décorée. Proximité avec la piste cyclable Rivesalte-Barcares pour aller à la plage en vélo. Petit supermarché et bar PMU à proximité ainsi que pizzeria et producteur locaux. Deux chambres bien distinctes et salle d'eau à l'étage très pratique. Par forte chaleur, l'étage est quand même un peu chaud.
Propriétaire très sympa!

Logement en lui meme agréable,malheuresement bruyant, circulation importante due à la proximité de la rue principale.Manque d'espace extérieure et surtout de stationnement .
