Super séjour dans cet appartement très propre et très bien entretenu, avec cette superbe vue sur le port de Perros-Guirec, où, du matin au soir, les couleurs de l'endroit changent sans cesse ! Calme général appréciable et accessibilité au port de plaisance à pied, un régal .. Le propriétaire est accueillant et ponctuel. Parfait pour un couple ou avec jeune enfant A découvrir sans hésiter pour passer un super moment sur la superbe côte de granit rose !

Merci à Mr ROLLAND pour son accueil (arrivée et départ). Nous avons pu profiter d'un logement très propre conçu pour 4 personnes adultes maximumrépondant en tout point aux critères de l'annonce. La situation du logement, légèrement en retrait du tumulte de la vie d'un site touristique, offre une vue panoramique et directe sur le port de plaisance, une des sept iles et la pleine mer. Sil n'offre pas un accès directe à la plage, il offre en accès direct à une zone plane et propre ou les enfants pouront jouer tout en étant sous la surveillance visuelle des parents. Pour les baignades et jeu L'endroit idéal est la plage de Testraou à proximité de l'embarcadère et d'une myriade de restaurant et échopes très sympa à 8/10 mn en voiture, toujours à PERROS. bonne vacances et bon séjour à tous

L'appartement est fonctionnel, très lumineux avec ses deux baies vitrées vue sur mer et d'une propreté remarquable ! Chaque matin, dès notre réveil, de la chambre nous pouvions admirer le soleil levant et du séjour, le spectacle des marées transformant le paysage au fil de la journée. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité du propriétaire très réactif et efficace pour le remplacement d'un robinet endommagé. Situé en plein coeur de la cote de granit rose, il y a de nombreux sites exceptionnels à découvrir, C'EST TOP !!!

Avec mon épouse j'ai passé une semaine de vacances comme on peut en rêver. L'appartement est parfaitement bien conçu avec des baies vitrées donnant sur le balcon et offrant une vue sur la côte tant depuis le séjour que de la chambre: un enchantement. de plus l'appartement est parfaitement équipé et très propre avec de grands rangements. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Een mooi en proper appartement met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee. 10 minuten te voet van de haven. Een pluspunt is de parkeerplaats aan het appartement. Het appartement in volledig goed uitgerust met alles wat men nodig heeft. Een groot terrras met ronde tafel en 4 zetels , heel aangenaam zitten, ook de slaapkamer met zicht op zee. Kortweg een aan te raden appartement, want in frankrijk vindt men maar weinig zo propere appartementen als dit.
