Welcome to Ponce and adjacent areas. Cozy and comfortable residence with 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, a queen bed in one room and 2 twin beds in the other room, 1 bathroom, fully furnished and equipped. Laundry facilities and parking. Excellent residential place in a quiet and central location. Just steps from the Ponce Hilton, minutes from the highway, La Guancha Recreation Complex, University of Puerto Rico, Plaza del Caribe, Museo de Arte de Ponce, and other attractions. Capacity for 4-5 people. Minimum 3 nights. Check in from 4:00 pm and check out at 12:00 noon. No smoking only, Pets not allowed.

We were here for family reasons and being in a house that immediately felt like home made the stay less stressful. The owner and property manager were super-responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this home!

The house was cozy and accommodated my family and me for a week during Christmas time! We were comfortable and had ample space to spend time but also have some alone time. My favorite aspects were the backyard and the beautiful cross breeze you get in the dining/living room. One minor issue was a few bugs we spotted (both alive and dead). To me, this is not a huge issue, especially because I'm used to seeing it in houses in PR, but still worth noting. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Overall, it was a great stay. Mr. Luis is great at keeping communication. The size of the house was great for my family and I. The amenities are excellent. I would stay here again on my next visit.
