the villa is located in a typical Mediterranean location, facing the beach and direct access to the sea, with a panoramic view of the beach of Pisciotto La Rocca. The apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea consists of a lovely studio with kitchenette/ dining area and private bathroom. The common garden area is available to guests. The Valley of the Temples is about 25 minutes and Licata center 7 km. In the villa you will find private parking on site. wi-fi.

This was our first VRBO stay, but we have stayed a lot with alternate types of in-home room rentals that I am not permitted to name. For context, this is our 4th trip to Italy. Excellent & fast communication, new and clean facility. Owner very eager to do a good job and resolved a couple of very small issues immediately. Shower was fantastic for Italy. Bed comfortable. Coffee & moka pot provided. The weather was too poor to enjoy outdoor spaces where I think this place would shine. Restaurants and shopping are 10 minutes away. If you like to cook in your place, please note the kitchen is small (even for Italy) and minimally equipped. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, enjoy beaches and go out to eat mostly this would be a great choice.
