About this apartment rental
Studio of 21m2 classified 2 stars very bright, pleasant and functional in a quiet area. Facing South-West with a small balcony where you can have a meal which gives an unobstructed view of the Sancy and the Capuchin. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a very well maintained building with elevator. At the entrance of the building there is a videophone but you can also enter with badges which are on the sets of keys provided on your arrival. It is well equipped you have all the comfort you need for your holidays. All linen for bedding as well as household linen are provided at no extra charge.
This apartment is equipped with fiber.
Wifi is free, the code is given to you on arrival.
The 140 bed bed and the small 90 bed armchair are of very good quality with Simmons mattresses for daily use.
The parking lot of the residence is private, your parking space n°135.
In the private cellar n° 98 are at your disposal (2 pairs of rackets, working sticks, petanque balls, tennis rackets + balls and 2 small sledges.
The studio is 400m from the city center and the thermal baths, and 3 km from the Puy de Sancy.
A shuttle bus runs regularly at the bottom of the building at certain times of the year. About every 15 or 30 minutes depending on the destination and the period.
The shuttle is free in winter for the Sancy and Capucin rivers, but also for the spa during the thermal period. Some shuttles are paid for other destinations such as La Bourboule, Murat le Quaire, Clermont Ferrand and others.
Small pets (dogs under 7kg) are accepted.
A deposit of 250€ will be required upon arrival and will be returned in full 7 days after your departure (if there is no breakage in the apartment).
**After each departure, total disinfection and air renewal in the apartment.
** It will be set up: Hydroalcoholic product, Marseille soap.

Bonjour, vous pouvez louer en absolue confiance ce petit logement très bien tenu, très propre et dans lequel chaque détail est pensé pour que tout soit le plus facile possible aux locataires. La disponibilité, la gentillesse de la propriétaire sont à noter ! Tout peut se faire à pied, parking, petit balcon, cuisine comme neuve, salle de bain comme neuve, tout est comme neuf ! Merci encore !

Bel appartement fonctionnel et conforme à sa description. Très bien situé. Mme Lamadon est très gentille et de bons conseils sur les randonnées. Le petit plus les croissants et la baguette fraîche le matin de votre choix. Encore Merci ! On y retournera avec plaisir

Appartement très bien situé proche des commerces, des chemins,... Tous les déplacements se font à pieds.
Il est très propre et fonctionnel, on ne manque de rien.
