Sea view apartment for 6 people, completely renovated in January 2018, including:
- A bedroom with double bed and bathroom (with WC),
- A cabin area with 2 single bunk beds,
- A living room with 2 single sofa beds, a TV and a Bluetooth speaker,
- A second bathroom with WC.
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, tea towels ...)
- A 40m² terrace and private garden with sea view.

Payable options: bed linen, towels and washcloths on request.

This exceptionally quiet apartment is located in a high standing, waterfront residence, in Provencal architecture, with swimming pool. It is nestled in the heart of a magnificent 3-hectare park with Mediterranean species, opening onto a beautiful sandy beach bordered by a pine forest, facing the island of Porquerolles.

The residence is 2 km from shops and the picturesque village of Giens. It offers a beach volleyball, pétanque, table tennis and a children's playground. The 70m2 outdoor swimming pool is open and heated from April to October.

The location of the apartment is excellent because it is only about 30 metres from the beach. We visited during a heat wave and it was a pity there was no air conditioning.

j ai sejourné du 12 au 19 aout 2017 dans cette location. la location est très agréable l'appartement est spacieux, une belle terrasse avec un rez de jardin. l'appartement se trouve dans un endroit calme pas à proximité de la piscine ce qui permet d' etre au calme. la résidence est sécurisé ou l'on trouve de la place pour se garer à proximité de l'appartement. la piscine est seul un peu petite par rapport à la taille de la résidence. je recommande cette appartement qui était très propre à notre arrivée.
