These are units within Le Village Cancalais holiday residence. They are very close to the Cancale port where they are numerous wonderful restaurants. The units are a bit cramped with very narrow stairs leading up to the bedrooms. The toilet is downstairs, while the bedrooms and showers are upstairs. The kitchen and bathroom supplies are a bit light and sparse. This is a standard French rental, so it's BYO supplies, but I found it unusual that the bathrooms don't even have hand soap. The management does rectify this by offering a "welcome kit" that has some of these items for a few Euros. The pool is the highlight of the property aside from its great location. It's a pretty good size and will provide hours of fun. The onsite staff is very friendly and was extremely helpful. They offer a morning selection of bread/croissants if you place an order the day before. Despite what the listing says - there is no onsite laundry machines or services. There was another guest asking about this at the front office while I was there.

Perfect for what we needed. Good base to explore the region. Our 1 year old daughter loved the pool and we were able to do a some of cooking in the modest kitchen. We will be returning in the future!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour début juillet dans ce complexe. Petite maisonnette très agréable . Confort conforme à nos attentes. En plus il a fait très beau…. Nous aurions aimé qu il y ait un peu plus de structures de jeux pour les enfants. Ex.. table de ping-pong. Structure gonflable.etc. A part la piscine. Un peu petite quand il y a du monde. Mais notre séjour a été superbe surtout que nous ne connaissions pas la Bretagne. A refaire sans hesitation

Logement très sonore,mieux vaut tomber sur des voisins discrets..de fortes odeurs d'égouts, problème non résolu..par ailleurs,piscine sans surveillance,des enfants montaient sur les rochers décoratifs pour sauter devant les gens...a éviter l'été,car c'est le logement le plus proche de la piscine et le salon de jardin donne directement sur le chemin sur lequel tout le monde passe pour s'y rendre. Je ne recommanderais pas ce lieux de vacances a des amis.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Quelques petits désagréments mais rien de grave (pomme de douche qui ne tenait pas sur sa fixation, odeur désagréable dans les toilettes). Ce que nous pouvons reprocher sont les éléments suivants : - les lits sont des matelas d’une personne, avec 2 couettes d’une personne (pas banal pour des couples non séparés), - la piscine est très agréable mais le rebord de pataugeoire n’est pas très sécurisé par un rebord en béton. Sinon l’emplacement, l’amabilité, et les services sont top !

Le s2jour fut très agréable et eposant du mercredi, jour de notre arrivée jusqu'à samedi après midi. En revanche le samedi soir de nouvelles arrivées, ce fut plus bruyant....ET inadmissible le logement attenant au notre a été loué à des personnes sans retenue et sans respect des autres. Ces locataires fétards , bruyants et alcoolisés nous ont tenus éveillés toute la nuit de samedi à dimanche- d'autres locataires ont également subi ces nuisances- nous avons repris la route, fatigués et énervés le dimanche matin pour rentrer sur Valenciennes. Nous avons bien évidemment fait part de notre mécontentement à la réception lors de la remise des clés;;; nous n'étions pas les seuls à se plaindre...les personnels du village cancalais ne sont nullement responsables bien entendu... comment éviter de tels individus perturbateurs ?

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d une semaine. Séjour 1 adulte et un jeune enfant. Le logement est pratique et bien fourni au niveau de la cuisine. A l arrivée, très simple, bon accueil. Le personnel est présent pour les bons conseils. Reservation du pain pour chaque matin, très pratique. Une piscine bien située au milieu du complexe et la région est magnifique avec ses differents ports près ( en voiture) du logement. Ma fille et moi, nous nous sommes bien plues et je conseille le village Cancalais. Le seul point négatif mais indépendant des responsables du logement, le manque d attention des parents qui deposent leurs enfants à la piscine et les laissent faire n importe quoi.

Maisonnette conforme à la description propre et bien placée. Le personnel est très aimable et à l'écoute. Piscine très sympa avec ses bains bouillonnants et ses chutes d'eau. Possibilité de se rendre à Cancale à pied en passant par la plage. On recommande !
