About this house rental
COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2024 - Ideal for COUPLES on VACATION or TELECOMMUTING.
On a peninsula in a typical seaside village, very quiet, between sea and countryside a stone's throw from the coastal paths. Pleasant Bright and spacious studio-loft, authentic wood atmosphere, sunny and fully equipped with enclosed garden facing south-west and north-west terrace area, out of sight.
Holidays at the beach, between the sea and the countryside with proximity to the city of Vannes (12 minutes by car), lazing in the garden or at the beach, walks or other sports activities (sailing, cycling), comfort and all modern equipment (dishwasher, washer dryer, Wi-Fi, etc.). Free parking on the street.
A 10-minute walk along the bottom of the Gulf of Morbihan, you can reach the beach of the Passage de Saint-Armel (access to the Rhuys peninsula from April to the end of September with the Petit passeur) and a little further on to the beach of Villeneuve.
Magnificent sunset 1 minute up the street. The sea 2 minutes away.
Small sea view from the room, especially in winter when the trees have lost their foliage.
Books, comics, music, electric piano available. Depending on your desires, we can also lend you board games.
Pets strictly forbidden.
Dangerous stairs for young children (look at the photos carefully). Baby possible (before walking) or reasonable child/teenager.
A single large open space with bedroom on the mezzanine (2 single beds assembled into a 1.80x2.00 bed). Blackout curtains upstairs.
Sofa bed (1 seater) in the living room (no blackout curtain on the first floor).
Possibility of providing an extra mattress in the mezzanine bedroom.
The rate is for two people in the same room (double bed).
In case of occupancy of two people, any request for two single beds or a double bed upstairs and an extra bed (on the first floor or upstairs) implies an extra charge of 25 euros per stay (charge for extra bed linen).

The accommodation is very well equipped with everything you may require. Very quiet residential area close to coastal walks and beaches. We used the property as a base which was a reasonable distance from the more touristy towns and other coastal beaches. Christine was very friendly and informative with ideas of places to visit around the area.
Only negative, WIFI was very slow to non existent at times.
Bedding & towels come at an additional cost, which is a first in our experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Christine's property.

Logement bien agencé pour 4 au calme! Très bon accueil de Christine qui nous a donné les informations touristiques bons plans restos. Sentiers pédestres et vélos à proximité! Nous recommandons!

Petite maison agréable et confortable même en hiver. La déco est très sympa et l'équipement très complet. A l'arrivée la maison était d'une propreté irréprochable. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cette location à des amis. La mer est très proche et les possibilités de balades sont nombreuses, à la belle saison ce doit être très agréable.
