The bay of the stay allows to enjoy permanently the magnificent view of the lake.
The balcony is nice to moments of relaxation.
The apartment has a garage (appreciable in winter).
The condominium has tennis (bring your rackets and balls)

The activities are not lacking and depend on the season.
- In winter we can sometimes put the cross-country skis at the exit of the condominium.
For downhill skiing enthusiasts, the resorts are 15 minutes away by car.
- In summer, water activities are practiced on the lake. the nautical center of Malbuisson offers a wide choice. A solar boat offers walks on the lake.
Hiking fans will find something to satisfy them. Bikers know the reputation of Métabief of downhill slopes.

And if you want to explore the surroundings, short distances between cascades of Upper Doubs, resurgences, Switzerland ...

Tout était très bien, appartement propre et fonctionnel , au calme et avec une vue fabuleuse . Un seul petit bémol nous n avons pas pu accéder aux poubelles de la propriété qui sont dans un local fermé et dont nous n avions pas la clé. Si nous en avons l occasion nous y reviendrons .

Tout le confort est présent dans un intérieur un peu désuet et pas très deco mais très bien conçu. Petit bémol sur la capacité de production d’eau chaude, qu’il faut économiser tout comme l’installation électrique un peu bricolée mais qui fonctionne. L’emplacement et la vue y sont très agréables. La procédure de prise et remise des clés par la femme de ménage est facile à mettre en place mais cette personne n’est pas toujours aimable voire dictatoriale. Cela gâche un peu cette étape. Nous recommandons cependant cette location au prix raisonnable pour profiter de cette belle région que ce soit pour skier à Metabief ou pour visiter le coin et faire des randonnées.

La location est très bien située, à proximité directe du lac et à quelques encablures des pistes de ski. La vue est très belle. La location est vieillissante, quelques travaux de rafraîchissement seraient bienvenus (notamment dans les sanitaires). Un bon séjour en perspective.

Idéalement situé, la vue depuis le balcon de l'appartement est effectivement incroyable. Très bien agencé, bien équipé et confortable, cet appartement nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour... Et un excellent réveillon grâce à l'appareil à fondue mis à disposition. À 2 nous avons pu occuper uniquement le rdc de l'appartement. Départ en ski de fond possible à 300m de l'appartement en passant par la boulangerie... Très pratique pour le pique nique. Parcours pédestre autour du lac très agréable également.

Nette Wohnung mit Aussicht über den See. Vom Balkon aus kann der Sonnenuntergang genossen werden. Einrichtung im Stil der 1970er Jahre, alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Malbuisson ist nettes Dorf mit tourstischem Angebot.

Très bon accueil de Marie-Thérèse et de son ami. L appartement est très agréable, bien conçu, bien équipé avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Il y a beaucoup d'activités autour de Malbuisson : randonnées pedestes ou VTT, baignade à et activités nautiques, musées...et on y trouve d'excellents boulanger, fromager , boucher charcutier ...Nous y reviendrons!

Il est très appréciable d'arriver dans une location où les propriétaires y séjournent également car tout y est (vaisselles, jeux, appareils electro ménagers qui fonctionnent). La propriétaire a été très arrangeante, et cette location était très pratique. Les petits pouvaient jouer à l'étage, le ski n'était pas loin, beaucoup de services dans le village. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cet appartement où l'on ne manque de rien et où l'on se sent comme à la maison. La vue est magnifique, on est au lac en 3 min à pied et proches de nombreuses balades ou activités ! De nombreux guides touristiques et cartes sont d'ailleurs à disposition pour pouvoir planifier tout ça. Le coin vaut la peine d'être vu, les hôtes sont très accueillants et arrangeants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

Situation appart.nickel. Pour les balades très bien localisé également . Pour le reste très décevant. Ex. La propreté de l'appart. médiocre: vaisselle pas propre, location literie chère et pas adaptée aux lits , pas de taies d'oreiller, lits pas faits ' taches sur les draps et ne sentaient pas le frais. Pas mal de toiles araignées. Cuisine bof , matériel bof. Etc..... Bref on y retournera plus.

Propriété très bien entretenue et implantée en bordure du lac avec accès direct, appartement très convivial et super bien équipé. Très jolie région et propre, tout le monde y est fort sympathique, accueillant et toujours de bonne humeur. Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons régulièrement.
