The apartment Marta with its 38 sqm is from the common central staircase. The open width of the hall makes the charm of the house, it seems inviting and cheerful. The apartment has a large bright living room with sea view of 17 sqm with double bed (180 cm), a cozy sitting area with satellite TV and views over the old town houses - an adjacent kitchen, fully furnished (stove with 3 ceramic hobs, fridge, freezer, Coffee maker, toaster, mini-oven, kettle) overlooking the gardens of Alt-Sassnitz - an open timber frame has the special charm and combines a cozy quiet zone with sofa bed, adjacent screened by a partition, a large shower and sink - a separate toilet - old wooden floors, with the original cassette doors form an essential style feature of this apartment suitable for 2 persons - Wi-Fi.
Villa Monique, one of the oldest houses in the historic Alt-Sassnitz, offers four charming apartments, some with Baltic Sea views! From here it is only 200 meters to the lakeside promenade with its diverse restaurants and cafes that invite you to linger. There are then only a few steps to the city harbor, from here regularly sail ships to the sights - Königsstuhl / Cape Arkona and the seaside resorts Binz, Sellin or Göhren. By car or bus is about 10 minutes on the beach of Mukran or Prora. The Sassnitz city center is about 10 minutes on foot or by car 3 minutes. Villa Monique was built around 1884, not far from the historic market square of Alt-Sassnitz, and was renovated until early 2013.
