Charming town house classified 3 * of 70 m2 with mezzanine in the town of La Tremblade. Near the beaches and the forest, access to cycle paths about 100 meters away. Downtown La Tremblade with its shops and market 1 km away.
Bright and sunny living room of 30 m2 with open fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with 1 bed 140 cm (new bedding) and the other with 3 beds 90 cm (bunk beds). Extra sleeping possible on the mezzanine. Terrace.
All comforts: induction hob, combined oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washer-dryer, flat screens including in the rooms.
Children will enjoy books, comics, toys and board games.
Baby equipment: travel cot + mattress, foldable bath, chair booster.
Mobile air conditioning possible for the high season.
Small outdoor area with barbecue and parking for bikes.

Jolie maison tout confort, très propre
Très bon accueil des propriétaires sympathiques
Maison située à environ 1,5 kms du centre de la Tremblade, joli village de pêcheurs:tout se fait en vélo
Les-
Tout petit extérieur sans possibilité de manger en famille, alors qu'il est possible de faire des barbecues
Maison située à côté d'une route (maison de plein pied avec les chambres qui donnent littéralement sur la route): très, très bruyant, vraiment dommage-->Gros point noir
Il manquait des ventilateurs :chaleur+++ dans les chambres
Nous avons eu la chance de partir sur la seule semaine ou il a fait très chaud...
