About this villa rental
At the entrance of a small traditional village, 15 minutes from Porticcio the seaside resort on the south shore of Porticcio.
Charming villa built from a sheepfold, overlooking a swimming pool (8x4) in a large garden planted with olive and citrus trees.
The house (150m2) is composed of an independent kitchen, large living room, three air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs (2 with double bed, 1 with two beds), a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets.
Outside shaded by an arbor, furnished dining terrace with barbecue.
All rooms overlook the countryside.
You can discover southern Corsica by alternating sea, mountain and Ajaccio:
- Cargèse, the creeks of Piana, Porto
- Prunelli and Val d'Ese loop
- The Sanguinaires and Capo di Feno
- The Vizzavona pass, the English waterfall and Corte
- Porticcio, the silver beach and the Coti Chiavari forest
- Ajaccio the Napoleon house, the Palais Fesch, the market place des Palmiers
- Cruise to Bonifacio or Scandola

La maison était parfaite pour nous. La piscine et la terrasse avec plancha sous la glycine en font un havre de paix. Merci Anne de votre accueil formidable et de tous vos bons conseils. Un seul regret: une semaine, c’est bien trop court!!!

Nous avons passe un sejour tres agreable en famille. La piscine est ideale pour des enfants d’une dizaine d’annees, la terrasse ombragee offre un bel espace de repas et l’acceuil d’Anne a ete tres bienveillant.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette location en tous points conforme à la description de l’annonce.
La maison est vaste et confortable, la piscine est très agréable, mais c’est la belle terrasse, ombragée par une superbe glycine et équipée d’un grand barbecue à gaz qui a été notre principal lieu de vie.
La villa est proche de la route mais le bruit ne nous a pas gêné.
Madame Vergnole habite sur la propriété, elle nous a accueilli avec une grande amabilité. Elle s’est montrée à la fois très disponible pour nous aider et nous conseiller, et très discrète au quotidien.
